Instead was sent a 10% interest loan application after install. Communication was lacking and was brushed off numerous times. Took 4 months for AC to finally get installed at the end of august (where it will now be dormant for 3 seasons). Holes in the wall and feiling that I had to request be fixed and a handyman was sent who did a botched job. Really terrible experience and overpayed for the opportunity to have 0 interest repayment on utility bill which was not even granted. Now paying back over 10k in interest on an already jacked up price."
