Everything went great

After I selected the carpet that I wanted, Tobi came to my apartment to measure the space. She arrived on time and took great care in her measurements. Once I made my selection, I was anxious and wanted my carpet immediately but It took approximately 6 weeks from the time my carpet was measured to the actual installation. The installers arrived on time and finished my area within 3 hours. They did a beautiful job. I am very pleased with the carpet and the overall experience. It was worth the wait. I would highly recommend Verona Carpet. Thank you.

It never happened.

We told Verona we wanted to install carpet in the 2nd floor of our 2 family home primarily to reduce noise. They came out for a walk through to provide an estimate and they had some good suggestions on the type of materials to use. Their quote was $1000 cheaper than Empire Carpet, who I had called a few weeks earlier. On the day of the installation, they showed up on time, worked efficiently, didn't leave a mess, and were very courteous and professional. I would absolutely use them again.

The two staircases differed in widths and one changed dimension at the turn. It was not easy to make it look natural with the landing carpets. They did a great job! The price matched the quote and the quote and was much cheaper than the competition. I was also happy with their carpet selection.

We had just purchased the house and the floors were in bad shape, very scratched up. We wanted them done prior to moving in, but this was in the Sandi aftermath and Xmas season, and all the contractors were booked. They volunteered to squeeze us in if we gave them a house key and let them do the work at late at night over several nights. That's exactly what they did, and the floors came out beautifully and dried by the time we had to move. The owner of the flooring firm is a real craftsman, loves wood, was friendly and very professional. They used a dustless sanding process and Bona staining & finishing products. Their price was middle-to-high, but not the highest, and the work was top-notch. Highly recommend.

The ladies at the store were very helpful from start to finish. They were helpful in helping me choose a carpet for my stairs and were patient when I took my time in making a choice. They were pretty quick in giving me the quotes on how much it would cost me once I chose a carpet. They knew what they are doing and did a great job with our stairs.

They were very friendly and professional, though due to time of day I came to store it was late and understaffed. In the middle of helping me, the associate attended to another couple for a while (approx 5-10 minutes) before returning to me. That was somewhat awkward. Notwithstanding this, I did think they were very knowledgable about the products, price wasn't the most competitive, but overall the experience was good.

The price was right and they provided an excellent job.

In the showroom they showed us a variety of carpets at different price points and encouraged us to take the samples home before making a choice. They seemed to know a lot about carpet and were courteous. I was glad they encouraged us to take the samples because we made a different choice than we otherwise would have and are very satisfied. They were able to come and measure the rooms right away and provided an estimate right after that. They did charge a small fee to move the furniture and take away the old carpet. The installers came on time and the carpet looks beautiful. The worked efficiently and politely. They didn't even scare my 8 month old baby. The only thing I did not like is although they cleaned up very well inside my house, they left a bunch of carpet fibers all over my garage. They were very good about moving the furniture carefully and putting it back the way I had it though.

Excellent! From the time I went into the store until installation was 4 weeks total, and one week of that I delayed them. When they came to measure, they were right on time. When they came to install, they were right on time. They called ahead to tell me they were coming.Although their price seemed high, it was worth it for the quality and no-hassle service.

from start to finish a great experience. Salespeople were very helpful and patient as I had a hard time making a decision! Estimator was punctual and made suggestions. Installers were professional and extremely neat. I would definitely use this company again.

They did an extremely good job of pulling up the old carpeting (which was glued down) and making all the necessary repairs and patchwork on the floor underneath it. Did an especially good job repairing and installing the new carpet on the stairs. Two men did the work and finished on time. They even came back to correct a seam, with no questions asked.

Great company. We used them twice. Both times they listened to u, offered choice, and then spot on provided us with the best choice for our kitchen floor and for the carpet we used on our stairs.

THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND REALLY EASY TO WORK WITH. THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB INSTALLING OUR CARPET. THEY DIDN'T LEAVE BEHIND ANY SORT OF MESS FOR US TO CLEAN UP.

THIS COMPANY WAS DECENT. THERE WAS ONE PROBLEM: THEY HAD A LACK OF RESPONSIVENESS. THEY DIDN'T COME WHEN WE NEEDED THEM TO. THE FLOORS TURNED OUT LOOKING NICE THOUGH. WE THOUGHT THE PRICE WAS HIGH.
