He found a creative solution to a difficult problem with a door that hadn't been hung right. Sadly the issue was difficult to fix because so many repair attempts had left the wood worn away. He was able to repair the wood and fix the problem.

Stan did a carpentry job for me. I had a door that opened out that had to open in so I could have access to my garage with the car parked in it. it was rather complicated but he did everything quickly and neatly and finish the job in one day.

Had an unexpected rodent problem. Technician came, evaluated, closed up all holes/openings in corners, cabinets, around piping so mice couldn't enter, and set bait & stick paper traps. Hired for year service. Thorough, explained reasons for the diff. steps taken.
