Service provided was in April of 2023. Owner visited, gave an estimate & assured me of the work to be done and he was all smiles, even talked about how his company was named for his 2 daughters. Workers came, completed the work and were paid. When I carefully inspected the work there had been a deep dark mark onto the face bowl, the calking around the area was not a match at all, and the marks on the marble in the shower were not repaired as the owner had promised. When I reached out, I was told the mark could not be removed and that the shower marks were irreversible. However, that is not the original agreement. Long story short, after many calls, the worker came back and was able to remove the dark mark on the face bowl. He acted as if he didn't speak English when I discussed the off color of the caulking and told him to remove his boots while working inside of the tub. I found out subsequently that his English was as any other English speaker. Nevertheless, when I was able to reach the owner after many attempts, he was nasty and refused any further remedy to the situation. I did contact an attorney only to find out that it would have cost me more than the $1300.00 paid for the work to litigate. My errors: 1. Not reading reviews of this company before hiring them. 2. Paying the whole amount before having the agreed upon work done satisfactorily. 3. Not getting a written estimate - which is the law for companies to provide to a customer for an amount over $450.00. Lessons learned. I had another company come in and they professionally stated that the work was "half-a** and shoddy". I couldn't agree more. Buyer BEWARE!

Aldayna sent two servicemen to polish granite countertops and hone, seal and polish the tumbled marble tile floor. The repair to the granite countertop looked fine as expected. However the marble floor was dull and not the semi-gloss finish expected. I called twice and left messages to ask for a review of the work done at their convenience. I never received a return call. I made a third call and was finally told they would come to review the work. After their review they said they would return, rehone the floor and use a different product to obtain the original lustre to the floor. When the serviceman left we realized the product had been applied incorrectly and our floor was even WORSE! We provided manufacturer recommendations to repair the damage but Aldayna would not agree to these recommendations. We therefore needed to hire an alternate contractor to make the final corrections and repairs. The service provider arrived on time and on the date arranged for. However the end result did not meet our expectations. The job was incomplete and the company was not responsive to our concerns.

. The technicians started and finished on time and did the work it committed to doing. They were also careful to clean up after themselves and leave the apt. spotless. Showed good expertise with marble as well as granite countertops and floor tile. Overall a good experience - we'd use the company again.

The service provider arrived on time and on the date arranged for. However the end result which should have been a shiny chip-free granite top was not obtained. The job was incomplete and the company was not responsive to my concerns.
