Installed did a great job. Very neat, courteous, and on time.

They came out and measured and supplied and estimate for the custom door. After that they made the custom door and installed it. It is a custom product and you are going to pay a little more, but you end up with a better product.

Everyone I dealt with was efficient and professional. They showed up on time, worked cleanly and, when they came to measure, suggested that we change the height of the door to make it look better with our high ceiling. The price was the best that we got and the door looks spectacular. I would definitely recommend doing business with them.

The experience was excellent due to the successfull outcome. I shopped around for a while. Someone recommended and quot;The Shower Doorand quot; on Jericho Turnpike in Huntington where they carry the Easo Shower door. The salesperson was very helpful each time I visited. (I went back twice.) The shower door was in stock and they were able to put it into my truck saving me a delivery charge. The measurements were correct too.

We called Easco and asked for a service call. As soon as the serviceman (a subcontractor) walked into our bathroom he could see the issue and declared that there was an uncharacteristic defect in the door. We agreed to have them perform the repairs, after which he removed the door and took it away. Approx 1 week later (the outer edge of the time that was originally promised), they scheduled to come back and put the repaired door back in place. When they did that, they also brought replacement trim pieces that were cut too short by the original installer. Those trim pieces were the wrong size however, since our model door has been 'tweaked' since it was put in. The serviceman apologized profusely, made a note on the order sheet, and guaranteed that they would be back with the right size pieces in a few days. As promised, they did call back a few days later and an Easco serviceman brought and installed the new pieces in 15 minutes Both the subcontractor and the Easco workers were very professional, neat, and cordial throughout. This was definitely one of the better experiences we have had and would definitely look to Easco again for any work we might need done in the future. It was so nice and a refreshing change to deal with a company that stands behind their product 100% and clearly values their customers.

We visited the company's showroom, selected to doors we wanted and made an appointment for Michael to come and take measurements. Michael was on time for this appointment as well as for the subsequent installation. It is to his credit that on the day of the installation, one of his employees was not available so, rather than reschedule, Michael did the work alone.

We really liked the quality and the finished design this company made for us. The idea was to get a really nice door to fit in the space that we had and they customized this to ensure a proper fitting. They were very professional, very clean and I would recommend them to anyone in need of this type of project.
