Their Angie's List profile states they give free estimates. I spoke with Gary Horn and let him know I was interested in installing a complete home surge protector. I stated I wanted a free estimate and asked to have someone come out to take a look at my house for an estimate. His response was that it was not worth their time to come out and look at my project. I would never call them again for any reason or recommend other member's calling them based on my experience on the phone.

They were 4-5 hours late. Upon arrival did not have the parts (I told them specifically what was needed). Left to go to supply house came back, still did not have all the parts (were missing new circuit breaker). I was charge for 2 huys to drive around, 1 sat in the truck because it was a 1 man job. The circuit box it 2 feet from installation area. So frustrating, they also charged me for the 2nd trip for the circuit- total buffoonery! When I questioned about the over charges Sam Horn became condescending.

See above. They were the ones who provided the light fixture which I paid for but it was obviously defective and they wouldn't take responsibility for it. I had to call another electrician who replaced the future and now after one year it still is working fine.

When the worker was in the attic, he stepped on the ceiling and cracked it. They started everything well, but I failed the electrical inspection twice. After the first time, they came out and made the changes, and on the second inspection, I failed on one of the same items they were supposed to have fixed. This delayed my getting the certificate of occupancy and getting the construction loan. So, their mistakes cost me time and money.

The electrician showed up on time and was very courteous. He installed the fan and a switch to shut off in the winter time. The job was done professionally and very clean. It was a very hot day to be in the attic and all I can say is they did a great job and i would highly recommend them.

Gary Horn was especially helpfuul with the permit problem that I had at the outset. They did a good job.

They did the work in the summer, and it was a few months before we had to use the heat. I wanted to be able to adjust the heat in each room individually. The thermostats are not working now, and deceded the purpose of the whole project. Only 1 of 2 heaters that was put in is in working order. The bathroom thermostat doesn’t work; it is being controlled by the thermostat in the dining room. The price was way too high.
