This was not a good experience. After giving us a fair estimate, we set an appointment for Thursday, 5/2. When I called to confirm the appointment today, on 5/1, they said that they had us put us on the books for that day (5/1) and would come "after lunch." They did not appear before 2PM. At that time, I called and asked when they were planning to show up and they could not give me an answer, so I cancelled the appointment all together.

We had not set an hour appointment to do the work at this property, rather we told Mr. (member name removed) that we would clean up his property in the afternoon, on Wednesday, May 1st. Mr. (member name removed) called Wednesday morning and wanted an exact time we would be there. We told him that we could not give an exact time, but it would be in the afternoon. He called three or four times that morning wanting to know when we would be there. The office told him again and again that it would be after lunch, in the afternoon. About 2:00 PM he called screaming that we were awful and not to come. At that point we contracted the crew, which was on way to his property and told them not to go there. Although, again and again we tried to explain to him that we are a service company and cannot set an exact time but only that we will be there on a particular day and it would be in the afternoon. He was very demanding that we be there at an exact time and this was on the very day we were scheduled to be there.

it was not a good experience. The company is not good at communicating. They do not return phone calls and did not show up when they said they would. I canclled the request for service becasue I felt they were unreliable.

Our sales representative inspected the property on March 21, 2012. We shared the cost with (removed member name) and she agreed for the work to be done. We shared that it was too cold for the seeding to germinate or the application to be effective and that we would do it as soon as the weather warmed up to where the soil temperature is 50 degrees or higher. The temperature was okay the first week of April and before we got there she called and left message not to do the work. We always return phone calls on work days. I have no idea why she said we "don't return phone calls" unless she called on a weekend and we had not gotten to it over the weekend.

I use them on a continuous basis year round and find them to be reliable and trustworthy.
Description of Work: They handle by yard work, irrigation system and some landscaping. They also installed a patio. I have been completely satisfied with their services. Their prices are on par with other vendors in the area but they are reliable and trustworthy.
