I can not thank Hector enough for his patience and kindness when it came to my experience. The service was sensational. He diagnosed my problem over the phone with me (7:30am on a Sunday morning) until I had to leave at around 8:20am. He arrived at my house when he said he was going to and performed his diagnostic reading which confirmed what we talked over the phone about. Not only did he diagnose my problem he went above and beyond and created a diagram for me should that problem arose again so I will know how to fix myself. On the way in and out my wife informed me he played with my dogs. Hector is a masterful technician and an even better person. 10/10 all the way around.

We had a complete system installed in a rental property. The condenser, coil and furnace were replaced. Hector and Dewey were very courteous and accommodating. They arrived on time, walked through the steps for the removal and installation. As they said up front, the installation would take a full days work. Though they ran into a few snags in getting the unit from the front of the house to the back; they took time and care in removing a door and ensuring it was reinstalled and working properly. By the time the job was completed they cleaned up the area and made sure the tenants understood how to run the thermostat. The next day they called to check on the status of the new unit and its operation. I would definitely use them again.

Hector and a trainee showed up on time to prepare my boiler for the winter. Hector had the trainee the boiler while he replaces the thermocouple. He mentioned that once the trainees are trained, he will not be in the field. The job cost $535.00.

They came to the house on time, analyzed the problem as something an electrician needed to fix (faulty breaker panel), and did not even charge for the service call, as most others would. Great guys.

Hector and his team were incredible. He took the time to explain the problem and possible solutions. He was honest and fair, and did not pressure me one way or another. He provided the facts and allowed me to decide. He was timely, efficient, and completed a two-day job in one day. I will recommend VIP to fiends and family and will use them for all my HVAC needs.

Hired him to fix a furnace that stopped working. Charged $600+ to replace a gas valve. Stated it was new, but device appeared used. Provided additional quotes for several thousand dollars to rewire furnace and replace water feeder and high temp shutoff. However, there was nothing wrong with these components. Furnace stopped working the following day after his repairs. Ended up fixing the furnace myself by simply replacing the fan center and rewiring the furnace using the schematic diagram provided by the manufacturer. Bottom line, appears dishonest and expensive. Will NOT hire again.

Hector and Anton are great! I d definitely hire them again! We had a boiler leak and they spent a lot of time checking and rechecking everything to make sure it was perfect! They explained everything to me so I knew what the exact problem was and how to avoid it in the future! Can t thank them enough!

Initially I thought they were great. However, as the job was nearing completion a number of errors were found. Fees were paid that have not been reimbursed and overall the quality of the workmanship is poor. The unit I have installed consistently runs which raises my utility bills. The heat and cooling is inconsistent throughout the home.

they are nice and honest people. they will tell you step by step what is the real cause of the problem and they will evaluated it to find a great solution to fixed the problem. in my case it was a sabotage made by previous oil company that automatically delivered my oil. they found out that there is water on my tank that needs to be taken out. I called a company that is an expert to do that job and after that I contacted VIP HVAC who do the amazing job that fix the problem in my furnace. I consider them a GOD send individual because they really make a miracle on my furnace. They are not after the money that they will get from you.they are sincere to rendered service that you will be most benefit as a customer. Hector was very knowledgeable and professional. He promptly showed at the time he mentioned. Not only did he fix the problem in my furnace, he also explained the general maintenance I should do.

Hector and Anton were extremely knowledgeable and professional and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering replacing a boiler or water heater. The job they were contracted to do involved replacing two gas boilers and two water heaters with two combination boilers. The quote was very reasonable considering the scope of work and the time frame that they gave to complete it was relatively quick, but what stood out most to me was their level of customer service and knowledge of various options for the replacement system. They took the time to thoroughly explain the pros and cons of each option and were able to field any question I had. On top of that, several unforeseen issues were discovered along the way due to 1) incorrect installation of the legacy systems 20+ years ago and 2) faulty parts provided by the distributor. Despite these hurdles, Hector and Anton maintained an extremely positive attitude and continued to work day and night until the project was completed without adjusting the initial quote. Working with VIP HVAC has been one of the most seamless contractor experiences I’ve had despite the small hiccups and I would highly recommend them!
