 + 0 moreTed was punctual (he arrived shortly before we did), he was courteous, very professional, and helpful. Ted spent a lot of time walking us through virtually every facet of the renovation we were looking for, and gave us tips and suggestions. He was knowledgeable on the towns ordnances and bylaws throughout. I was happy we chose him. Even though we ended up not purchasing that house, i was very impressed with Ted.
Description of Work: Ted came out to a fixer-upper we were going to purchase in wyckoff and gave us a detailed quote along with some ideas on what we could do to the house.

 + 1 moreHe did renovations on a house that we purchased that needed a lot of work done. He did it all for us and we were very happy with him. We were delighted with his work. His workers showed up and put in a good days work. We were very happy. He came back to do something else for us just about a year ago. We tried to put a skylight in and he did that and the job was completed in three days.
Description of Work: There is a contractor in our area that we used and I was very happy with. His name is Ted Janovic.

 + 6 moreThis company was a delight to work with and their pricing was very competitive. They were very professional - considerate, patient and obliging at all times (and we are fussy). They were quickly responsive to any concerns that we had. The renovation looks amazing - we highly recommend their services.
Description of Work: Extensive exterior renovation and minor interior repairs. Extended front porch, replaced columns, added stonework, new lighting, new stone flooring, new front door. Replaced garage door, added window trim, and replaced entire roof. Replaced windows on half the house. Added additional heating/AC unit in the attic and new generator. Built custom lightpost and mailbox post. Added shelving to back stairwell.

Description of Work: We are nearing the end of a major renovation and are extremely happy with Janovic Builders. Our project involved new siding and windows, eliminating a small bedroom to expand the master bedroom, completely upgrading a bath, and the removal of two ceilings to correct sagging beams with microlams. Not an easy task, and all accomplished while we are living in the house! Ted's crew of five men, including his brother, are punctual, courteous, professional and experienced builders. Each man is multi-talented and can handle whatever situation occurs. Ted is an ethical and honest man who studies each problem and comes up with a creative and practical solution. Our job is on time, within budget, and exactly what we imagined. I am pleased to highly recommend Janovic Builders.

 + -1 moreWhen I was looking for a builder I dealt with a lot of contarctors and his approach was the best, he is an honest bussinesman. He uses AIA contract which is very nice. He always answers his phones. Everyday at 7:30am the whole crew would be present at work, they wouldn't be late even 1 minute, this is one of the things I liked about them. He uses the best framer, I thing his name was Dave Nelson. Dave's brother Rich was excellent as well. I liked the whole crew's work ethics a lot.
