WELL FORMED CONCRETE

I can't say enough about the quality and old school workmanship of Brian and son, Tyler. They constructed extensive, exposed aggregate sidewalks and patio for me within very tight conditions all the time being very careful around the house, trees and other landscaping. Very little of this work involved straight lines and square corners. The sidewalks are gently curved throughout the property and graded properly. Very artistic. Throughout the project, Brian kept in touch …. "making sure that I was happy". I am very happy to have hire Well Formed Concrete.

We found him when my in-laws had used him. The workers were very nice. They did a good job. They seemed to know what they were doing. They didn’t have uniforms but I knew that they work for this guy. What stood out the most about the work was they did a really good job. It wasn’t just like a standard square concrete path. They did a really nice job and kind of making it pretty. They were doing what I asked but doing it in a way that they knew what needed to be done. It looks beautiful. They just put a really nice curve in our path instead of a straight path we had before out of stone. The stamped that they did was like a hand stamping and drew the lines in my hand. It was very artistic. They did a really nice job with that. We got a lot of compliments on it. They were the cheapest around. There was one issue and we didn’t make a big deal out of it. Overall, they did a great job but there was one spot where they were making the seam with the saw and the saw jumped. The concrete cracked a little bit. It’s a small crack. He told us ahead of time that it eventually was going to crack the concrete. We didn’t make a big deal about this little crack. They came back and looked at it. They put some more sealant in but we weren’t going to make them tear up the entire thing. It’s a huge patio. That’s really the only solution so we just let it go. It was like it was an accident. It wasn’t because he wasn’t being careful.
