Description of Work: LENNY RUGGIERO OF HI TECH COMPUTERS IS AWESOME!! I WAS HAVING TROUBLE WITH MY COMPUTER AND LAPTOP BEING SLOW--HE ARRIVED AT MY HOME RIGHT ON TIME--HE IS PLEASANT, FRIENDLY, PROFESSIONAL AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE EXPLAINED WHAT HE NEEDED TO DO IN DETAIL AND FIRST ASKED IF IT WAS OKAY TO DO THE WORK AT THE PRICE HE QUOTED--I KNEW IT WAS A VERY FAIR PRICE SO I SAID YES. HE CLEANED OUT VIRUS'S--INSTALLED AND UPDATED NEW SOFTWARE AND PROGRAMS,-EXPLAINING EVERYTHING AS HE WENT ALONGIN LANGUAGE I COULD EASILY UNDERSTAND.
