+ -1 moreI have a one bedroom apartment with a washer and dryer unit. It is a little pricey but is located in a nice area. The walls are thin but that it typical with apartments. The people at the front desk are really nice. I went in to ask if the rent would stay the same because they raise it every year, and they said it would be the same for me. But the guy asked me out for a cup of coffee and I didn't think that was professional. They are very good with maintenance issues.
Description of Work: I live at the Avalon at Media Center Apartments. My last interaction with them was about a month ago.
