+ -1 moreI purchased a water heater through an home improvement store and was assigned this installer. One person only showed up late without calling. He was in a hurry and complained that it was his 3rd water heater that day. He installed the new heater and mentioned that the vent pipe would probably not meet code but did not offer to fix it as "he had to go". He took out the old heater but left a trail of rusty dirty water which I had to clean. The installed pipes are all crooked.
