My service technician arrived on time and finished within an hour. I had a slow drain in my kitchen sink which my own apartment maintenance stated couldn't be fix, and told me that my waste disposal unit was the issue. Not only did he fix my drain, but also told me of a great biodegradable drain solution that would not damage my pipes or my waste disposal. I highly recommend Service Professionals. And will be using them again if needed.

Great guys - very knowledgeable and did a thorough job inspecting my furnace and thermostats. Explained to me how everything worked and provided guidance as to upgrading. Was a little expensive to simply perform an assessment.

i had clogged sink and the tried thinner snake but no luck and upgraded to next thicker cable to unclogg. it was little bit pricey but had job done with 100% guaranteed. also it has 30 day warranty period to have worry-free. technician was friendly ! recommended!

Service person was great

101 yr old sewer lined replaced thru lining method. No outside disruption only inside. Fairly honest company i was able to watch camera inspectiom to see roots in the line and cracking of the old clay and cast iron piping. I also had tons of other plumbing work done and they will also finish my bathroom. So more to come. All of the plumber seem knowledgeable and the work great as a team. Price was fair. Rich C. Was my contact plumber and he has Easy to talk to. A little of a rough patch at first because you always want to make sure the plumbers are not trying to take advantage of you. Out of 4 estimates Service was better priced and offered longest warranty on the pipe lining method. Well it appears now after they got all my money for plumbing that they have the subcontractor on medical leave. So now I am stuck with a bathroom that cannot be finished. And I cant find anyone that will finish it for the balance of what I owed to service professional. So it is a little shady. But they make sure they got paid first. the balance out of pocket would have been what was paid for the subcontractor to finish the bathroom how convenient. Also Rich was very nice prior to the signing of the contract and during the process but afterwards e stopped answering my calls regarding other concerns I had. Again very nice before and during work but afterwards the company does not treat you as nice. Although the lined my sewer line I am still having flooding in basement turns out its the city line. Now service profession wants at least another $1400 to put in back flow valve. Something they should have considered earlier.

The entire process was smooth. I needed someone quick, semi emergency, and there were here the next morning. Problem solved in minutes, though admittedly it was a pretty simple problem. Will use them again.

Not Satisfied. The leak they charged to repair is back. Waiting for them to return to fix the problem. Will reserve my final review until they complete the job.

They are by far the best plumbing and home repair company I've worked with. They stand by their work and are just fantastic.

They were prompt and professional. The sales rep didn't try to oversell like a previous contractor did, and was very understanding of my concerns. They replaced our heating and air conditioning units within one work day and we noticed an improvement in the heat right away. Everything was left clean; you wouldn't know they had been there. I would highly recommend them.
