The professional arrived at the stated time. As the work progressed a problem was discovered and the service professional came to us before continuing with the job. He was able to explain in detail the problem before he proceeded.

The price they asked for was way beyond what a professional would charge. I had the parts si 650.00 for 1 hr. of work was absurd.

While I am sure they have different servicemen depending upon the area I felt George never even completed what he was sent to do. I was told the call to inspect and clean was $89 per appliance. Parts naturally be extra. In this case a a/c and a furnace. The a/c was never even clean and I don't believe even opened. The furnace while opened ; I am unsure if it was cleaned. The serviceman was more interested in selling upgrades and parts. In addition he started inspecting things for which he was not called for. As an example my hot water heater. Also I happened to have my washer and dryer moved away from the walls for cleaning and he suggested to change the current shut off valves because they "looked old" Really cause they look old when they maneuver just fine. I was asking for him to install a valve on a kitchen stove which he never even looked at! When I asked him to show me what he had done There was nothing to show for his time. Even the a/c coils had not been hosed down. I was told that he was there to clean and that if parts were required that would naturally be extra. I don't believe he did a thing! He himself told me he believed I was quite capable to perform tasks on my own! Really why bother. NEVER AGAIN.

He was very professional and his customer service skills were excellent. He explained everything to my understanding. I will be using them in the future if needed again. Very happy with the service.

Even went to Home Depot to get new remote for fan after repair. Will use again .
