We were without heat for several hours today while trying to trouble shoot our thermostat and boiler. So glad that Ray could come out on a Saturday evening to fix our problem! Ray was very thorough and clearly explained the problem with our boilerâ s kill switch. Weâ re so thankful to have our heat back on and to learn a little more about our system! Highly recommend!

I had a steam humidifier installed. They did a really professional and clean work pretty quickly. Definitely recommend them!

The team did a great job on replacing multiple ducts and relocating a dryer vent, making sure everything was done to code unlike the previous owners had done with this house. Damage he caused exceeded the value he created. He ended up scratching the hardwood dining room table by putting his tool bag on it.

Rays HVAC tech came in and evaluated the problem with the A/C (early Sept. 2020). The coil was freezing up and dripping water. Another company wanted to replace the coil for over $3,000. Rays said it just needed free-on. Topped it off for $200 and the system ran fine after the service. would highly recommend it. Used Rays HVAC for a heating issue March 2021. Ray was quickly reachable, great communication, came the next afternoon. Great job on the repair and for a very good price.

Promptly showed up and took care of furnace motherboard replacement. Priced well within the average cost for the service. Will definitely consider hiring for future projects

Simple, non-intimidating experience from booking through completion (including no-touch payment). Owing to emergency calls, they were unable to arrive as scheduled, but Ray called well in advance to inform me and reschedule. No points taken away for that. Andrew, the service person, found a part that might need replacement in future and was honest enough to state that it still had some life left. He gave me a quote, should I decide to replace it. He had on a mask all the time. The online payment process is touch-less. They also have cash/check and credit card options, if I remember right. I wish they also did plumbing service, because I would love to have used them for that!

Fast response and helpful technicians. We have an older boiler/heating system and they've been very helpful, handling a few projects already. Price is, well, price, but it's reasonable, I think we could pay a lot more for the same or lesser quality. We will be repeat customers.

I contacted Ray's HVAC expecting to be told they would not be able to come for a few days, but they came the next morning and I contacted them after 7pm the night before. I was glad because it was going to be cold that night and even colder tonight. They were kind enough to call me at work so I could meet them when they were ready to be at my house as I work close by. They had my heat running in a short time and replaced an on/off switch to the boiler. All in all I would highly recommend this company. Very good service.

I had an awesome experience with Ray’s HVAC. As a new homeowner, I was totally overwhelmed when my boiler sounded like a wrench got thrown into it and the heat was no longer working. Ray was extremely easy to communicate with and his tech, Isaiah, came out the next day and fixed the issue with a gas valve replacement and boiler flush. The service was friendly, efficient, and very reasonably priced. I would recommend Ray’s HVAC to anyone, especially those new homeowners like myself. No need to feel overwhelmed, just call Ray!
