I requested service , Ray himself called to know what was my need , very professional and honest since the beginning. He said will call me to confirm the time someone will come by , He did , Isaac was the name of the technician who arrived , very nice guy came explained to me what it needed it to be done and the expectations. He did I very nice job replacing the part that I needed . Honest service you can tell they donâ t want just your money this company cares about the client and service they provided was outstanding. It was very expensive 700 to up in fee on. It was empty and they charged 700 to fill it up.

Although they rescheduled with me three times, they did show up and get the job done. My unit is old and they made necessary repairs to keep it running as long as possible. I spent more than I wanted but was told by many that repair work to any AC unit is always pricey. My tech was very nice and professional and explained to me in detail all that needed to be done and even told me things that were unnecessary to spend money on which I appreciated. Would hire again.

Ray's service was super quick. super efficient, and super affordable. They were quick to respond to my request for a quote and patient while we weighed our options as we are first time home owners. They were able to squeeze me in. It turned out to be one of the sensors on the furnace - I have zone heating. The work was completed in 45 minutes and my house is now back to normal!! Great work and price.!

I needed an emergency repair in the late evening and Ray was able to send someone over quickly to diagnose and resolve my issue. The technician explained in detail what the problem was and repaired the furnace with what he had available on hand.

Andrew, the technician was excellent. Their response time was also excellent. My only qualm is that the cost seemed to be ridiculously expensive. The cost is why I would not refer anyone to them, nor will I use them again for this reason.

I priced this from another company who gave an initial estimate which was literally over 6 times the price that Ray's stated. The first company was upselling for services that I was assured were NOT needed. I appreciate Isaiah's candor, and will recommend Ray's to anyone I know that needs prompt, accurate and reasonable service. I was serviced within an hour of my initial call. The whole experience left me smiling.
