Recommend for hire to do AC jobs

Rayâ s did great work for me replacing an AC condensing unit, a very costly job. I had 3 other HVAC companies give me quotes, and Rayâ s was the least expensive while not compromising on quality. I took off half a star because there was some lack of response/inconsistent communication and mismanaged expectations around when the work would be done at a few points, but overall I was very happy with Rayâ s and would hire them again.

Ray was helpful setting up the appointment. His tech Isaiah found the issue and was able correct it immediately. Everything is expensive these days , but the price seemed fair. I recommend them for HVAC repair.

5 STARS FOR A 5 STAR BUSINESS!!!` Exceptional expertise and service!!! A Dehumidifier needed to be installed - especially since there was prior extensive water damage in the basement. Ray's technician was super impressive - extremely knowledgeable and resourceful and proactive - very professional - explained everything and went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and it was clear to see how he took great pride in his work!! I will absolutely be contacting Rays company in the near future for all of my home's needs - they are THE BEST!!

The team were really quick to replace my old unit with a better one. It was a quite pricy but overall the quality of work and customer service was great. Shoutout to Andrew.

He said will call me to confirm the time someone will come by , He did , Isaac was the name of the technician who arrived , very nice guy came explained to me what it needed it to be done and the expectations. It was very expensive 700 to up in fee on. It was empty and they charged 700 to fill it up.

Although they rescheduled with me three times, they did show up and get the job done. My unit is old and they made necessary repairs to keep it running as long as possible. I spent more than I wanted but was told by many that repair work to any AC unit is always pricey. My tech was very nice and professional and explained to me in detail all that needed to be done and even told me things that were unnecessary to spend money on which I appreciated. Would hire again.

Ray's service was super quick. super efficient, and super affordable. They were quick to respond to my request for a quote and patient while we weighed our options as we are first time home owners. They were very transparent with costs & the maintenance our unit required. Would happily recommend them to anyone/everyone to use.

They were able to squeeze me in. It turned out to be one of the sensors on the furnace - I have zone heating. The work was completed in 45 minutes and my house is now back to normal!! Great work and price.!

Super fast response and service tech arrival on a cold winter day. Typical rate ($250) for replacing a broken thermo coupler on my gas heater.

Friendly, cooperative, prompt and highly competent

I needed an emergency repair in the late evening and Ray was able to send someone over quickly to diagnose and resolve my issue. The technician explained in detail what the problem was and repaired the furnace with what he had available on hand.

Andrew, the technician was excellent. Their response time was also excellent. My only qualm is that the cost seemed to be ridiculously expensive. The cost is why I would not refer anyone to them, nor will I use them again for this reason.

Good Constumer Service

I priced this from another company who gave an initial estimate which was literally over 6 times the price that Ray's stated. The first company was upselling for services that I was assured were NOT needed. I appreciate Isaiah's candor, and will recommend Ray's to anyone I know that needs prompt, accurate and reasonable service. I was serviced within an hour of my initial call. The whole experience left me smiling.
