Contacted me immediately to understand the issue, and sent a technician over first thing the following morning. Was able to clean and clear out all condensate lines and connections. Fixed the issue and heat from HVAC working perfectly again. Technician was knowledgeable and polite; was handled diligently within 2 hours. Would highly recommend if you have an issue with your HVAC and need it fixed.

Recommend for hire to do AC jobs

Rayâ s did great work for me replacing an AC condensing unit, a very costly job. I had 3 other HVAC companies give me quotes, and Rayâ s was the least expensive while not compromising on quality. I took off half a star because there was some lack of response/inconsistent communication and mismanaged expectations around when the work would be done at a few points, but overall I was very happy with Rayâ s and would hire them again.

Ray was helpful setting up the appointment. His tech Isaiah found the issue and was able correct it immediately. Everything is expensive these days , but the price seemed fair. I recommend them for HVAC repair.

5 STARS FOR A 5 STAR BUSINESS!!!` Exceptional expertise and service!!! A Dehumidifier needed to be installed - especially since there was prior extensive water damage in the basement. Ray's technician was super impressive - extremely knowledgeable and resourceful and proactive - very professional - explained everything and went above and beyond in answering all of my questions and it was clear to see how he took great pride in his work!! I will absolutely be contacting Rays company in the near future for all of my home's needs - they are THE BEST!!
