Spanish-speaking, which is a huge plus polite able to communicate uses modern technology like Zelle and email billing perfect for very busy quick moving people would definitely and will definitely hire him again for them again

They were very responsive to the call. They kept us informed on the process and the timeline for the parts delivery. Once they had the part they came in right away to get it installed. Overall very happy with their service.

Ray's HVAC responded quickly to my request to repair my furnace, which could not start this year. They were able to find and fix the real cause of the issue - a bird net in the PVC pipe which blocked the air flow, and made my furnace is working again!

Contacted me immediately to understand the issue, and sent a technician over first thing the following morning. Was able to clean and clear out all condensate lines and connections. Fixed the issue and heat from HVAC working perfectly again. Technician was knowledgeable and polite; was handled diligently within 2 hours. Would highly recommend if you have an issue with your HVAC and need it fixed.
