Ray answered the phone on the first call. I had a technician dispatched to me the same day. After we approved the job, technician was at our house the next morning. Technician tested our hvac system, repaired leak and recharged system. Cleaned outside condenser. Results are phenomenal. Technician was very knowledgeable providing helpful information. It was a wonderful experience and price quoted was the price paid. I highly recommend Ray s HVAC!

A little expensive for a 15 minute simple repair job, but I will rate this as a last minute/end of the day job. I plan to schedule pre-season maintenance with them early next Spring for myself and my landlord.

they kept their appointment and showed up on time . . they explained the problem I had and gave me options to consider . . they ended up adding a sealant to try to stop the leak in my system . . if it leaks again they added a dye which will isolate the problem . .
