Keith was great. As a longtime city dweller anxious about maintaining a first home, he graciously answered all my questions, both during inspection and afterward. His report was thorough and detailed, helping my family make a clear eyed decision about our purchase. The report rolled easily into a project list after we closed, so I could confidently start making reasoned decisions about major projects and regular maintenance. Keith was an excellent home inspector. I am in the process of purchasing my first home and didn’t know what to expect during the inspection.
