MARVIC FORMICA IN DESIGN

Installer was great, however customer service on Warranty Repair linked with Kitchen Magic who used Marvic for our counter top is less than ideal. Within a years time there was a chip by the seam of the counter. January 2022 Kitchen Magic reached out to them in as Marvic is on the warranty. No one got back to us or Kitchen magic for months. Kitchen Magic did the right thing and hired another counter company to fix our counter top and did so in a super timely fashion. Now fast forward to April 2022 I get a call from Marvic wanting to schedule thd repair, I said unfortunately waiting 3 months with no response from Marvic, Kitchen magic hired another company to fix the counter. This arrogant man replies oh good then its all fixed with the most vile tone and did not want to hear that we were not pleased they broke warranty with Kitchen Magic. he said Long Island wasn't a priority so when he had the time to come out he would, but could not reach out to kitchen magic or myself to let us know. Instead he ghosted his obligations on the warranty. which is a legal issue waiting to happen, and no doubt Marvic will be dropped by kitchen magic for not abiding by the warranty compliance as I am sure this is not the first occurrence. If this person is the face of marvic customer service, he surely will put Marvic out of business. Hopefully they treat their installers well, because that was the only good thing about this company.

We were amazed--top quality, professional response and job, more than we could ever ask or imagine (who knew that cracked Corian could be repaired?). We were told there would be a cost of $50 for someone to come out and give an estimate for repair, and the $50 would be put toward the cost of repair if we gave them the go ahead. The estimator was very professional, careful in measuring and taking pictures, and in explaining the process to us. We gave the go ahead, and it was repaired perfectly and invisibly by cutting out the cracked area and fitting in a new piece (from a piece we had left from the original job), then gluing and sanding. We are still marveling at the excellence of the job. The estimator and workmen came as scheduled, and were polite, friendly and professional. True craftsmen! We highly recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat.

I purchased the countertop services through Home Depot. It turns out that Marvic is their subcontractor. First of all, I got a good deal on pricing since Home Depot was having a sale at the time. I had to call a couple of times in order to schedule a day/time for the measure. Marvic came as scheduled (actually arrived early) to do the measures. It took at least 45 minutes but I see why because once the countertops, backsplash and undemount sink were installed they fit perfectly! As they were about to install the second countertop, I pointed out an issue with it having a sort of 'lip' that I was not advised about. I spoke to their customer service person about the issue. I got a a call from Dominic (he was much nicer than the other customert service person I had spoken to the day before) the next day who explained the lip and he said they would correct it. They came back the SAME WEEK (did I mention these guys are quick?) and installed the corrected piece. The installers were efficient, courteous and punctual---calling once they were 20-30 minutes away from arrival. Later on I noticed some kind of residual glue/debris and they come out and cleaned it with no questions asked!

They were very quick, timely, and they called when they were about 30 minutes away. They were very efficient. They installed the new countertops with no issues. I did not like the shape of one countertop and they came back and fixed it that week. They were great. They were thorough and knew what they were doing.

I was prepping my house to sell. I wanted nice quartz, but I did not want to spend a fortune. they had some GREAT overstock out in the yard. I was flexible and they gave me a great deal. It looks awesome. the installer was professional and checked to be sure I was happy about how things were going. Great experience and a really good value

I'm surprised there are no reviews for this company. As I understand it, they are countertop subcontractors for IKEA and Home Depot here in NYC. Anyway, I purchased my quartz countertops at IKEA Brooklyn during their kitchen sale. Marvic came and did the templating and 2 weeks later (this morning actually), installed the counters and the undermount sink. Everything went smoothly and there was no damage to the cabinets, walls, or counters. They caulked the sink, along the wall where wall and counter met, and wiped down the sink and counters. I was also impressed that the prior templating was so exact - when installed, the countertops fit perfectly against my crazy undulating pre-war plaster walls! Really nice job.

It went very well. They came on the appointed day for measuring initially and for the installation. They were on time. They were also careful and precise. When my countertops arrived, they were perfect. We had no problems whatsoever. They were also professional. They had great customer service. They even had a form at the end to fill out asking if there were any issues.

THEY WENT THE EXTRA MILE TO PICK OUT EVERYTHING PERFECTLY. I DON'T KNOW WHAT THE FLOOR IS, BUT IT IS SUPPOSED TO REPEL STAINS. THEY SUGGESTED THAT TO ME AND I LOVE IT! THEY HAD A LOT OF REALLY GOOD IDEAS AND EVERYTHING LOOKS WONDERFUL!
