I worked with Vic, who is one of the owners. Our first meeting took well over 1 hour, during which I explained that I wanted to completely transform the curb-appeal of my house. By the end of our meeting he had crunched all the numbers and provided me a detailed quote (printed and emailed) right at my dining room table. No other contractor I had dealt with worked this way, instead requiring me to wait days or weeks for a quote. Vic was one of the friendliest and most patient people I have ever met. Magnolia’s price was consistent with quotes I had received from other contractors. The benefit of Magnolia was that they could handle the whole job, which included extensive framing and carpentry, whereas the other contractors only dealt with roofing/siding and would require me to get a 2nd contractor to handle the other work. It was an easy decision for me to go with Magnolia. I also used the financing they had available, which was through Wells Fargo. During the subsequent 6 weeks I spent a lot of time finalizing my decisions regarding the type of siding, color, molding, roof design, etc. I emailed Vic questions almost every day, and changed my mind several times on many details. I was a major pain, but Vic was always friendly and accommodating and carefully kept track of all the details, of which there were many. Magnolia used various subcontractors, all of whom were very loyal and seemed like they were Magnolia employees. Vic stopped by on most days, and if I had any questions or issues I would text or email and always received a quick reply. The attached pictures show the before/after comparisons. The soffit light fixtures are from a company called DelphiTec. I did extensive research on the lights and recommend them highly. They are amazing technology and should last as long as the siding, or longer. Magnolia ran the low-voltage wires behind the siding and I had a handyman mount the fixtures after the job was done.

Al Marino is very easygoing and professional. He had the repairman, Paul come by and make sure all the necessary tools were there. Overall Paul and his team are very top notch. They made the right calls and worked on a tight schedule due to weather issues. Great willingness to work with the customer on pricing.

Love these guys.  We had a vision for what we would like to do with our home (siding in multiple complimentary colors, renovating the front porch into office space, new front steps, upgrading the electrical), and together with their excellent workmanship, they brought my dream to reality.  What more can I say?? 

The entire neighborhood hasn't stopped talking about the before and after of our home.  Chris always addressed any concerns, upgrades or change orders.  Phil and his carpentry crew were absolutely phenomenal.  They came on time, stayed late, were impeccably clean.  Renaldo and his siding crew were unbelievable! They too came early, stayed late, picked up every last nail and when something had to be adjusted, addressed it right away.  They're electrical crew was perfect.   I couldn't be happier.   They even did some work and didn't charge us.  I couldn't believe it.

I have to say we've heard lots of nightmares about contractors, and I was so relieved I had zero problems with them.  I am incredibly pleased with this company.  We still have more work to do in the future, and will DEFINITELY call them back.  I would highly recommend them.  It was well worth the money we spent.

They showed up bright and early everyday around the same time.  They were very punctual, polite and courteous.  We were kept up to date of the schedule, what was being done, approximately when they would finish, what they were doing next, and so forth.  If they saw anything that was out of the norm, they would remedy it.  For example, as they were replacing the vent covers, they cleaned them as well.  They discovered a lot of debris in one, possibly a nest, which they cleaned as well.  When they were inside removing the ac vents and resealing them, they were very mindful of our personal property not to damage and tried to minimize the dirt and dust.  Chris was very helpful throughout the process from showing up and answering all questions in person or on the phone.  They hid the phone/cable wires around the house so its not as messy looking.  There were two grape trees we also had them remove and we were told there would be a small stump left, which we did not mind, but they went above and beyond and took the stumps out as well.  As they were working, obviously there would be a lot of garbage and debris all over the ground, but they did a very good job of cleaning up everyday.  At the end of the project, they made sure we were satisfied with everything before they left.

We are very satisfied with the siding job that was performed.  The house looks gorgeous and Chris and crew made it a very friendly experience.  It didn't feel like you were dealing with contractors, it was like having your neighbors and/or friends over helping out, with the difference being they did all the work.

Based on reviews, Magnolia Home Remodeling was chosen to install new vinyl siding which included new leaders and the recapping of all windows / doors. Their team was prompt, efficient, friendly and listened to any concerns or suggestions made as to the progression of the job. The work was completely in a timely manner, area was cleaned up properly, a true professional job from start to finish and I would certainly hire them again for future home repairs / remodeling!

We contacted Vic from this company and scheduled an estimate. He was punctual and very professional throughout the initial meeting. His product knowledge was impressive and gave us all the pro's and con's of each product line. After deciding on specific products, colors and designs for each, we quickly came to agreement on a price. We were given an estimated timeline for the entire project. From that point forward, Vic was in constant communication with us every 2-3 days via email/telephone updating us on project status and next steps going forward. Vic and Magnolia is one of the first companies, in my experience, to have this level of dedicated communication with a customer throughout a project, which is highly welcomed.

Regarding the front entry steps, simply, they look great. The workers were very clean, efficient, and barely left a trace after each day's job. They ensured everything looked A+ quality and the work speaks for itself.

As for the vinyl siding including trim work, gutters and down spouts, again, they also look great. The crew members worked cleanly and efficiently and also did a great job cleaning up after each day's job. After this part of the project was complete, we took a look at all the work done on all sides of the house and noticed on one window some of the trim work was not level and not of the same quality as the other windows/areas. We contacted Vic to bring this to his attention and the trim work on this window was quickly remediated without hesitation.

I would highly recommend Vic and Magnolia Home Remodeling Group as they exhibit a high level of professionalism, punctuality, great attention to detail, assurance of high quality, diligence and the prices are fair.

Where do I begin?? It went better than you could ever hope!! The owner was honest and genuine, we had such a great vibe from him the minute he entered our house! (we had 4 prior estimates and didn't feel that way with the others) I had such a hard time deciding on a color, I actually changed it, but he never rushed me on the decision..offered to meet again to help if he could. Almost 90% through the process, there were little things that I thought could use a touch up or fix, they were done by the next day! The guys working on our house were friendly and hardworking, they cleaned up every night.
I thought the job was done on Friday (April 8th), but my husband noticed that the screen guards had not been put on the gutters. I let Chris know, by Monday morning the work was being done! He called me that Monday to let me know the screens were being installed, and to also ask if we wanted to have the gutters extended...we never told him we wanted that, but we actually did want that! The reason I wanted to point this out is because we paid in full the Thursday before, he didn't have to do anything more..so to ask if we wanted extenders was above and beyond! 
I would recommend Magnolia to everyone! Our remodel is the talk of the neighborhood! Our house looks beautiful!! I look so forward to seeing it everyday! They made an outdated, dreary, home into the home of our dreams!!

It went perfect from beginning to end. I was able to call the owner anytime i needed for anything. The Foreman who was in charge was nice and i was able to address concerns with him at any point. absolute professionalism  from beginning to end. Best decision i ever made.

Chris came over to provide an estimate. He was prompt, detailed and provided everything in writing. I had some other estimates that were charging nearly double for the work effort involved, and given the very positive reviews on angies list, I decided to go with Magnolia.
The section of roof was completed in a day -- everything came out very nicely. Within a week of the roof being complete, we had a huge rain storm (over 2.5 inches of rain), and I'm happy to say there were no leaks or problems at all.
The siding replacement required some carpentry work, so magnolia sent in one of their carpenters, who performed the work to spec. All the boards were nice and square, no knots in the cedar used, and everything turned out very nicely.

Great final product -- the house looks amazing.
The entire crew were brilliant and the quality of the work really shows. Went above and beyond in terms of little extras that we didn't expect or ask for, but they just did (covers, lights). Communication was great throughout the entire project, whether it was a simple check-in or we requested last minute changes that were executed with ease.
We would recommend using Magnolia to anyone, and will no doubt be using them again in the near future.

Vic and his crew did a very good job in remodelling my front entry steps. I would recommend using this company for future projects.

The owners were highly professional. I had seven estimates on the work before they arrived to look at the job. I sat with Vic
Fiore and was amazed at his industry knowledge and attention to detail.  He let me explain what I needed done and my
limitations concerning a budget with great interest.  He then patiently went over his company's history and expertise, showing
me before and after projects within my geographic area.  He then showed me his extensive product line of roofing materials and
siding choices and told me the prices for the different material qualities.  I was extremely impressed with his presentation and consulted with my wife that evening over our contractor choices.  Magnolia was obviously the best and most professional choice we could make so we felt very comfortable in working with Vic and his crew.  Work started within a week by an exceptionally friendly and
talented crew.  The roof of course was completed first and they made sure that all of the debris (including all the old nails) was thoroughly cleaned up upon completion of the job (they positioned tarps in a way that would catch the loose and rusty nails).  The siding job was next and was completed with great care.  Every square inch of the house (which I intently studied) his perfect.  The siding is square, the trim is cut and installed without spaces and the added molding around the doors and above the windows looks as though installed when the house was first built.  The gutters and leaders look and work perfectly.  The crew was exceptionally friendly but focused on their work.  Clean up was highly satisfactory.  The job looks fantastic but more importantly it protects our home from the elements with zero maintenance for the next thirty years.  I would hire Magnolia again and again for all my home improvement needs and I have recommended them already to family and friends.  You'll like Vic very much because he's a real
person with a wonderful family.  He showed great interest and concern for all the issues of design choices and accommodated my wife's constantly evolving palate of color changes with unbelievable patience.

Vic and his team are top notch. They are super professional and super responsive, and I am very happy with the work they did. Vic walked me through the process from start to finish, and he responded promptly to any questions or concerns I had. Financing was provided, at a reasonable rate. The overall cost was fair for the work. The new kitchen and bathroom are beautiful and everything was very well done. I would sign them up immediately for other projects, but I have to pace myself on the remodeling. But I definitely recommend Magnolia to anyone looking for home remodeling.

Found Magnolia on Angie's List and chose them over personal recommendations based on all the fabulous reviews and couldn't be happier with our choice. It was a pleasure working with Chris and each team that completed the work. Chris was very accommodating as we were having work done before the holidays and needed the sliding door installed ASAP before putting up our tree. He made this possible by upgrading to an in-stock Anderson door. Chris was very attentive to our needs and expectations every step of the way and really made the entire project painless! Will definitely reach out to Magnolia for future projects!

Let?s not waste your time.? The management and crews (outside and in) were excellent. EXCELLENT! ? I choose them because of details you can read in earlier reviews.? They did not disappoint.? I can?t imagine that you would be unhappy with their work.? The worst I can say of them is they?re not magicians who work for free.? With Magnolia, you get a good deal for what you pay for.? I never heard of them before I checked out the options on Angie's list.

Chris and Magnolia are true professionals. Quality of workmanship and cleanliness was excellent. There proactive and very responsive communications were first class. Chris was very responsive and met all commitments he made. I would hire him and his team again for other projects beyond siding as I know they do other construction work. I contacted several contractors to get estimates for a complete bathroom renovation in my 87 year old home. Magnolia did not give me the lowest price but I felt comfortable with Vic when we met.   Any issues that came up during the renovation were handled quickly and professionally by Magnolia as soon as I brought them to their attention. When we first met, they indicated the renovation would take about 5-6 weeks but was finished in under 4 weeks, well ahead of schedule. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to friends or family.
