I received a phone call almost immediately after putting in a search request on angies list from Rick. Extremely pleasant and helpful! Went over a suspicious test performed by a very shady "independant" company (Mold Test Company based out of Georgia). I was told that I was going to have to remediate my whole home and was recommended to ONE company to assist. That company was trying to sell me a DIY kit that didn't involve removing or remedying the cause/source of the mold. Rick went over the ENTIRE report with me over the phone as I was talking to him. Very patient and friendly the entire time and just put my mind at ease. If a company is willing to offer free help and only ask that share a review of their company rather than try to scam me out of thousands of dollars I'm going to believe and recommend them to everyone. If I find mold anytime or hear of anyone with mold issues I'm going to recommend this company, and rick. Good Luck my mold fearing home-ys

We hired Iris to collect and test samples from pipe wrappings in our recently purchased home for asbestos. The tech that came out was polite, thorough, and communicative. The people I spoke with to schedule the appointment and pay the invoice were incredibly polite and prompt to reply, and the final report that they provided was incredibly detailed and easy to understand. Definitely recommend this service if you are testing for asbestos in your home.

my kitchen floor was damage and I needed it tested to make sure it contain no asbestos. The laboratory offered walk - in services. They were very kind and explained the whole process to me. They were vey quick with my result and completely explained the report to me. I Highly recommend using them.
