Description of Work: I woke up in the morning to find that our basement was flooded of water due to our water heater. I called HVAC360 and spoke to John who was very prompt and advised me how to shut off everything properly so the leaking would stop. He showed up within 2 hours and was able to analyze and diagnose the problem. He recommended a water heater and got to work the same day.

Description of Work: Our central AC unit in our town home was not pumping out any cool air last summer. We called HVAC 360 and John came out to inspect and troubleshoot. He cleaned our coils and removed all the debris that we left collecting due to neglect, checked the refrigerant levels and went up into our attic and basement to examine the ventilation system to ensure everything was intact and working properly. Other than our units being very old, he advised us that everything was in working order but that the units needed a re-up on refrigerant, which he did for us. He also suggested using a different type of filter for the ducts to get better airflow into the home.
