Quick follow up on call. Work was done with no waiting. Seems to be a nice gentleman. Price was ok, fair. Had him replace a soap dish in a ceramic shower. When we removed the tape a few days after he installed it, we saw that it was crooked. I guess he didnt feel using a level was necessary. I am disappointed but the work is done.

I've used Eagle Tile Services multiple times as I own rental property, and the quality of the work is excellent.

Rick does nice work. He did two bathroom floors and a kitchen backsplash and all three jobs look great. He made my kitchen project work using the 25 year old floor tiles I had to make the backsplash look fantastic! He knows his stuff.

Rick regrouted our bathroom shower tiles and flooring. We are very pleased.

He came promptly when he said he'd be here. Gave us a quote that was acceptable right away. Did the job quickly and efficiently, did a very neat job and cleaned up after himself. Would definitely recommend him to my friends. :)

We hired Rick to re-grout 2 bathrooms and our kitchen floor. What a pleasant surprise he was. He was extremely easy to deal with, fair quotes and stuck with the quotes. Most importantly, he did a fantastic job on all three projects. Would definitely hire him again and absolutely recommend him. You will not be disappointed.

When my old porcelain shower tiles caved in and I went to the Home Advisor site for repair quotes, H Rick Richmond contacted me promptly. He came over in the evening to quote us the repair and even advised us to search the attic for spare tiles, which we did and found some! When he began the work and ran into a hidden pre-existing problem, he was up front with what the additional cost would be which was very reasonable considering how much more work was involved for him. He re-grout the entire shower area and used a mold resistant seal. Not only does our shower look brand new, it actually looks better than before we needed a repair! I plan to contact Eagle Tile Services to replace a cracked kitchen floor tile next and re-grout and seal it too and look into a back splash tile project in our kitchen down the line. I highly recommend Eagle Tile Services.

He took the time to make suggestions and really gave good advice on colors and maintenance. He was punctual, neat and did a fantastic job cleaning and regrouting my kitchen and bathroom tile floors. He also did a fantastic job recaulking my bathtub and kitchen counter. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a great tile guy! Thanks for the great work, Rick!
