He recommended that, given the dire situation of my dryer, I contact Angie's List to get a refund and look for another company who can come and provide service as soon as possible. Description of Work: Work was performed on July 17th. I had both my Dryer Vents & Air Ducts cleaned. The technician was very professional and did an exceptional job with the cleaning. He worked for over 3 hours cleaning my vents! He even noticed a problem with the way my gas line was connected to my dryer line and fixed it at no charge! I am already noticing a difference in the way my air conditioner is running. The air on the second floor is coming out of the vents more forcefully! I used 2 specials from Angie's List, so the cost was very reasonable. I had the option of spending an additional $35 to spray an anti-mold cleaner in the vents, which I opted to do as well (the cleaner does some other things as well). Overall, I am extremely pleased with Chute Masters and their technician. Orlando was very accessible by phone when I needed to speak with him as well! Great company!

Description of Work: I had the air ducts in our entire house cleaned and the dryer vent. I think the price was fair for the amount of work, I only put fair rather than good because I purchased the special offer through Angie's list that said $185.00 for any amount of ducts but it was in fact another$185 becsuae we have two units, one upstairs and one downstairs. I probably would have shopped around a bit if I'd known that before buying. It should say that in the ad. Besides that, Jerzy, who came to clean, was polite, punctual, and just a really nice guy. He put two access panel into the ducts, which I wasn't charged and he left everything very clean. I would definitely recommend them.
