Description of Work: Very professional and timely. Unique equipment, i.e., have vacuum with driven brush in hose to loosen debris as they clean ducts. Technician was very careful to remove grilles without tearing up walls (used a knife to cut around grilles). Although they appear to be higher than most, the work is excellent and work it.

Description of Work: They scheduled my appointment for a Friday afternoon, and did not anticipate the traffic nor distance from that job to mine, so they cancelled saying they were over an hour away. Frustrating, since I had taken the day off, but they called to let me know and re-scheduled me within a week

Description of Work: I had a problem with the connection of the vent and he stayed for much longer to figure it out for us. The connection had to be fixed by another contractor but he figured out our problem for us.

Description of Work: This service was done several months ago and I am just rating it now. This was my first use of Angie 's list. They arrived on time. My dryer wasn't accessible for pulling out to clean it so he went In from the outside vent to clean my dryer. Very nice even tightened a screw in my patio door that he noticed was loose.

Description of Work: The vendor contacted us immediately and was very polite. Because we're located outside his normal service area we put off having the service completed for a few weeks to make it more convenient for him. The service call is scheduled for June 20th. A few days after I responded to this ad I noticed an offer for similar services from another Angie's list recommended vendor for $20 less.
