Description of Work: I made the appointment with Orlando and the technician came in the right time frame, but when he pulled my dryer out, the hose was disconnected and broken, so there was no point in cleaning it since I have to get a new one installed by an HVAC company. The technician said he could not repair it, only clean it.

Description of Work: Orlando, the scheduling manager was courteous and helpful in accommodating my last minute scheduling. The technician Jerzy was polite and punctual. I bought a deal for $250 for a 1 unit and 15 vents service. So there was an extra charge for the second unit and more vents. However the tech was patient and thorough. I chose to also add an anti microbial spray and clean the dryer vent. My grand total was in the $650 range. |He wore shoe covers throughout the house and was careful to slip them on/off on his many trips in and out the front door. |The machine itself was like a large shop-vac. I wasn't sure how much dirt it would suck out, but it felt like it did, cause the air looked and smelled cleaner! |He was also upfront about potential issues he thought he might face as well as giving me the new amount for the second unit and extra vents before he started the work. |Overall very pleased with the professionalism of the company and staff! Will definitely recommend and use again
