Description of Work: We recently moved into a 1965 home with a 15 yr old furnace & duct work and we figured it'd be a good idea to have them all cleaned. We paid for 15 vents through the deal for $249, and have 18 vents in the home, so we knew we'd be paying a little extra at the time of service. Access panels were also cut in the basement ducts, which cost $95. The total bill came to $375 including the $249 deal, $95 for the access panels, and $30 for the vents. The cleaning took approximately 3 hours, and the service certainly removed dirt/debris from the system. I was fine with all charges aside from the access panels which appeared to have been very roughly cut with a metal nibbler hand tool instead of a more professional job appropriate for the amount paid.
