Each time I called and received their voicemail, they were super prompt in getting back to me. The first time I called for an appointment, they were booked 3 weeks to a month out and while they wanted my business, understood the urgency for me to get my dryer vent clean because it started to smell. So, Orlando recommended I use another company that was NADCA certified. Despite a potential loss for business, I thought this was great customer service since he had my best interests in mind. Life got busy so I postponed the dryer vent cleaning and called again almost 2 months later. I got lucky with an appt available only 2 days later and they gave me a promotional rate that was a good deal. Jerz came to clean out my dryer vent, did a nice job and was quick and professional. It was a fair price and I was satisfied with the work. I will be calling them again the next time I need a cleaning.

I was pleased with the services provided. The technician showed up on time and worked diligently There was an additional $20 charge for the vents being extra-long, but he was here close to 40 minutes and the extra fee was appropriate.

Jersey is the most professional technician I have encountered. Because of a particular situation i had with my dryer vent hose he could not perform the dryer vent cleaning. He did not charge me for the maintenance call. I had also scheduled my neighbor for the same service. Her comments were very professional. He even replaced her dryer hose. Yesterday she told me that her drying time has greatly finished since his service was completed. Would definitely recommend again!
