We found that both the Chutemaster representative, Orlando and the technician, Jerzy were both very professional and knowledgeable. Orlando always returned calls promptly and went out of his way to clearly explain the services and accommodate my schedule, and Jerzy completed the work surprisingly fast considering the number of ducts and the amount of dirt clogged from the second floor to the basement . Although our townhouse was bult in 1985, I am not sure whether the ducts had ever been cleaned. We purchased the home in 2007 and this summer, we started experiencing severe problems with the circulation of the air conditioning system. The air circulation was almost non-existent on the second floor, while the first floor and basement were extremely cold. After Jerzy cleaned and sanitized the ducts the air circulation on the second floor was much much better and we felt the difference almost immediately. We were very fortunate to have such a knowledgeable and hard working technician like Jerzy. Going forward we will call on Chutemaster to clean and sanitize our ducts, as well as clean the dryer vent at least every three years. Our overall experience with Chutemaster and its representatives was excellent and we highly recommend this company.

I called the company to schedule appt and was instructed that I needed to speak to Orlando and he would call me back. He may have but I didn't receive a message that day so I called back the next day and he scheduled me for two weeks later. I was disappointed it couldn't be done sooner. Later that day, Orlando called because he had a cancellation and rescheduled me for the next week. That was pleasing to me. I had to give a count of all the vents in the house so they could have an approximate length of time for the cleaning which for 16 vents was approximately 2-2.5 hours. They gave a small window for arrival time and they arrived at the end of the window, which was fine. Jerzy, the technician was very pleasant and went about his cleaning as I went about mine. It took slightly longer but I think that's because I didn't give a correct count, there was approximately 3-4 more vents than I my original count of 16 so it took approximately 3 hours. Jerzy went over everything performed and he even cleaned the existing filter and resecured our dryer vent to the dryer since it was not secure. He also educated us on changing the filter every season as well as duct cleaning every three years. We are new homeowners and this was a great experience. I will definitely use them again and would highly recommend them to others.

It was very easy to schedule. I had called initially to ask about the Angies List deal and the owner (I believe I talked to answered all my questions). Jerzy was the technician who showed up and spent about 2.5 - 3 hours. He was courteous and on time. My pricing is a little bit higher as I have a dual zoned (2 heating/ac unit) home. I still think that this pricing was fair and I had no complaints. I hope to use them again in several years. They said it was recommended to be done every 3 years.

We recently bought a new home and wanted to make sure that all of our air ducts where clean. We saw this deal on Angie's list and we could not pass it up. Our appointment was scheduled and they got the job done as advertised all in one afternoon.

Purchased a special from Angie's List for $185 for full system cleaning. I have two systems so the price was doubled- also charged for the dryer vent cleaning. Overall we spent around $450 to have all vents cleaned and deodorized. Job was done thoroughly and neatly. We will definitely use again.

Moved into a new place that previously had animals and tried to get air ducts cleaned on very short notice because I was having allergic reactions to my new home! Many places were booked well in advance because it was summer, including ChuteMasters, but the owner called me when he got a cancellation. The technician arrived on time and was very pleasant during the time he was in my home. He showed me how the air ducts were full of saw dust from the previous owner installing hardwood floors. He also pointed out that the filter was installed incorrectly in the HVAC unit and showed me how to install correctly for future reference. I could not have been more pleased with the service and price, and was so relieved that I could randomly pick a service provider on Angie's List that turned out to be so great. I highly recommend ChuteMasters.

Showed up on time, did a good job of getting the previous owner's dog's dander out of my vents, small upcharge for sanitizing the ducts too, but after seeing all the dog hair, was worth it.

Overall, it was a good experience. Recently, my wife and I noticed a problem with the air circulation in our house. we would start coughing in the middle of the night. I went to Angies List to find a contractor. Chutemaster offered a promotion and they had positive reviews. The guy came over. His name was Jerzee. He was on time and very meticulous and methodical in his approach to the project. He explained to me the differences in the use of different air vents. He explained why there was insufficient air flow on the top floor. He was tidy. He made sure there was no dust lying around when he was done. In the basement, I wanted to have the dryer vent cleaned out. He discovered that the vent was not properly connected to the dryer and that the vent was some strange contraption the previous owner put together. As a result, dust was spewing everywhere behind the dryer. Jerzee offered to replace the duct in lieu of cleaning out the existing duct for the same price.

I ask them to come out at least once a year to clean the vents. They are excellent. The technician that comes out is exceptional. He is very thorough, and noticed a few things that we didn't even know about. I absolutely love them, and I highly recommend them.

My husband and I have been experiencing allerigic reactions--coughing, sneezing, runny noses--in our house, particularly in the upstairs area, and worst of all in our bedroom. I got a recommendation for this company on Angie's List, so I felt I could trust them.The two men who performed the work arrived on time, They were pleasant and friendly to our small, shy dog. They explained that they would have to install an access panel in the basement in order to do the job, which cost an extra $60 above what we had expected, but it did not seem excessive for the amount of work that they had to do. They worked for--I forget how long the job took, but it was several hours--and completed the work by putting back into place all furniture which they had to move away from the walls in order to do the job. Since that day, our allergic reactions have subsided! What a relief! We are very pleased with the work. I certainly recommend Chute Master to others.

Excellent service. The technician arrived promptly (actually 15 min early), was very friendly and helpful overall. He explained what he was doing along the way, what he had just done, and the state of the various parts of our system as he encountered them in the process. He worked efficiently and appeared to do a very thorough job of cleaning the ducts and its components. Overall, he spent around two hours to complete the job. There were only two very minor hitches along the way. First, when he arrived, the technician informed us that it would be an additional $30 to include bio-sanitizer spray, which, we were told by the company's office at the time of booking, would be included in the package price. However, when I phoned the company, they were happy to rectify this by honoring the commitment to including this in the price. Secondly, when the technician presented us with a copy of the bill at the end, for which we believed we'd paid in full, we learned that when we paid for the package via PayPal at the time of booking, the price did not include sales tax, which we had to then pay to the technician. Not a huge deal, but customers should be made aware that when one purchases such a package via Angie's List from this vendor, they will have to pay additionally at the time of service to cover the cost of sales tax. It would be better to add this onto the PayPal invoice at the time of purchase, just to avoid confusion and to simplify the process. Again, these two very small matters did not significantly detract from the experience with this service provider, and we would be most happy to recommend them highly for those needing duct cleaning services.

Outstanding company. Called them on Friday and was able to get an appointment the following Monday. I had recently installed new flooring and was concerned about the dust in the air. Jerzy (the technician) came on time. He worked diligently, even fixing parts of the dryer vent that were not properly connected to the dryer. Jerzy answered my questions as he was cleaning the vents, so I got to learn a bit more about the A/C system in the house. Overall, a great experience and I highly recommend them.

The price was very competitive, the worker showed up on time, was courteous, and did an excellent job of cleaning all the ducts and vents. I would recommend them to any one looking for good duct cleaning at a reasonable cost.

Joined Angie's after hearing so much about it from our neighbor and am very please that we did. Our A/C system went out and since nothing had been changed in 41 years we decided to go for both the A/C and Heating system. While replacing the system, my husband checked the air duct's and said that they had to be cleaned before the new system could be started. Immediately I looked into Angie's list and joined. While going through the list of possible providers, I wanted a couple of things in particular, the company location, the rating they had and the pricing most of all. I went to Chute Masters because they were located about a 1/2 hour away, seemed to have a good rating, but most of all - what I did not expect was the fact that they also were a member of " Paypal " I chose them because of these 4 factors Angie's List, Location, Ratings. Price and their choice of using Paypal. The work was preformed efficiently, courtesy, professionally and guaranteed we will use them again. Thank you Angelo, Jerzey and Angie's List.

They were very prompt,professional,and courteous as well as informative. The technician uncovered each vent and showed us how dirty they were and proceeded to clean thoroughly one by one until every inch of our duct system was cleaned. The pricing was extremely fair compared to the competition. We are very satisfied with they're performance from beginning to end and will use them again and recommend them to friends and family.

I contacted Chute Master for many reasons. First, in the 22 years I've owned my home, the dryer vent had never been cleaned out. Therefore, my brand new dryer was running through 3 cycles before even one load was completely dry! The second reason I called this company was because we recently had a french drain installed....creating an immense amount of cement dust, which was everywhere! Not only was Chute Master highly recommended, they were informative, moderately priced, and punctual. Jerzy not only completed this job alone, but with vigor. He was pleasant and compassionate about his work. He explained everything as he went along, making the whole experience a pleasure. You might wonder if mine was a messy job. The answer is...no! Jerzy did all he could to keep it clean, and he did. I highly recommend Chute Master, and will use them again.

They were very good. They did a great job in cleaning my air vents of the air duct system and provided an antimicrobial spray on the vent as well to spray everything out. Their price was for fourteen vents and it would cost $20 extra for anything over fourteen vents.

They specialize in dryer vents for townhouses. He wanted to start with the dryer vent, because in a townhouse it is challenging to determine the route that the vent travels, and where it ends up. He wants to be able to feel the fresh air flowing through, he had to snake it since it was so clogged, it took 2 hours to clear it. He had to get a ladder and go to the outside of the building on the ladder, to find where the vent comes out. The vent didn't have a cover on it outside,he found a bird had a nest in there. We had almost bought a new dryer thinking it was bad, and it wasn't, it was the clogged vent. He cleaned the vent and sprayed it down and a cover on the vent. We bought the cover for $80, and Jersey came out a week later and put it on.
