Soon after buying my Angie's List Big Deal, I received an email from the contractor to schedule the job. It was scheduled within two weeks. The whole experience was uneventful!

Although they arrived late they were fast and efficient and our dryer is working wonderfully!

ChuteMaster was a great company to work with. Orlando was patient with my questions and really responsive. The serviceman was prompt, efficient and really careful working in our house. We had the HVAC vents cleaned and seemed to notice a good difference after the work was done. I highly recommend them and would happily use them again.

Jerzy came in on time. He was very patient, and cleaned our vents very carefully. Our flooring contractor left 2 pieces of wood in one of our vents. Jerzy took the extra efforts to help us remove those pieces. We are very grateful. We will use ChuteMaster again.Air

I purchased the services from ChuteMaster in December, but due to ongoing construction in my home, I was not able to use them until February. I changed my appointment a few times based on the contractor estimation of completion. Orlando at ChuteMaster was professional, courteous and was willing to change to accommodate my changing schedule. When the ChuteMaster service person arrived he was friendly, professional and knowledgable. The service person arrived on time which is important to me. He provided me with information about what he was going to do and how long it would take after thoroughly assessing my home. I would definitely use ChuteMaster again.

These guys were awesome! They mistakenly ruined a new $17 filter that I had installed in my unit the day before. They realized their mistake and sent me a $17 check. You cant beat this kind of service. I have given their number to serval people who have asked me about this type of service.

We needed our dryer vent cleaned and did some shopping around a few months ago. Going prices were $120+. We saw a coupon for $89 on Angie's List and the company had good ratings so we decided to give it a try. I followed the instructions and contacted the vendor, leaving a message. The rep called me back the next day. I missed the call and we played phone tag for a couple of days but they were responsive in getting back to us. We arranged a time and the technician came on time. He was professional and courteous, performed the job quickly. Cleaning a dryer vent isn't a huge job so I think its more about their professionalism. He showed my wife how to do some maintenance in keeping the lint capture area of the dryer clean. We asked about duct cleaning as our home needs some special equipment. He said they don't have it but mentioned some other firms that he thought did a good job. Overall, pleased.

Technician came early, worked diligently, explained what he did and what we would need to do for upkeep, and did a meticulous job of cleaning up. Definitely, a fantastic job!

Orlando responded promptly and proactively to my request for an appointment calling and sending me an email ( I purchased an Angie's List Deal so he had my email address). Jerzy the technician was prompt, professional, and through. Happy with the service and would recommend and would use their services again!!!

Pretty good overall (first time we've had this service performed). They were an hour late, which irritated my wife who rearranged plans to be there on time for them. But we liked the service - definitely worth doing (noticeable difference in air quality in our home), and the price was great.

Orlando Figuero was professional and very courteous from the beginning. Though they mistakenly arrived at the wrong address, they graciously came to the right address and finished a very diffcult job in a very timely manner. we had no idea we had that many ducts (around 50), and what would normally cost 3 times the agreed price (370.00), Orland kept his word and kept the price the same. We will definitely recommend and use his services in the future.

Scheduling with Orlando was very easy, but had to wait a few weeks to get onto the schedule. They offered to move my appointment up if an opening occured, however I choose to stay with the original appointment date. Jerzy was the technician who came to our home and he was very professional and courteous. I couldn't be happier for the job they performed. Plan on using them again in 3 years or the next time our vents require cleaning.

I booked them for the first appointment in the morning, they said about 8:30. The door bell rang at 8:20, which was great! The technician was friendly and professional. He cleaned the dryer vent and was out within 30 minutes. I would definitely use the again.

I called to recieve the $89. special and was told that the price was a mistake and it would cost $249. However he may be able to do it for $89. in the coming weeks. He will call me.

Took a few weeks to get on the schedule - but it was also over the holidays. Team took extra time attempting to clean a vent which apparently had been sealed during recent renovation work. They did this without complaint thought it no doubt added to their work time. Because the vent was sealed, it also caused dust to blow back into the room and they cleaned everything up without asking. I'd use them again in the future.

This is my first time home-owner experience. Orlando was helpful in scheduling and explaining the process as well as costs involved. The appointment process went pretty smooth. The actual Technician Jerzy who came to perform the service did call in advance prior to coming home. He started the job and explained why it is being done every single step of the way. Jerzy was an excellent service technician and a best asset for this company. I would recommend this company to all and especially first time home owners who have no clus until they get experienced. Good work and appreciate all the team efforts.

The company people that we interacted with, from asking questions, to scheduling to getting the work done were all cooperative, courteous and professional. The appointment was kept on time and the person performing service did an neat and clean job. He seemed to take his time to get the job done right and we were very happy with the work.

Chutemasters was very responsive. Scheduling an appt was very easy. Plus they walk you through how long the appt will take based on the # of systems and vents you have. Secondly, as mentioned above, the serviceman who did the job was very nice. He did a thorough job. Now whenever I get my vents cleaned I will call Chutemasters. I was very impressed with the service. The service person did a great job cleaning and explaining to me what he did and how I can maintain a clean vent system.

Overall it went fine, the tech was very nice and professional. He vacuumed every vent and the dryer as well. He was very careful and didn't make a mess. I think I was expecting a bigger boost in HVAC performance and/or less dust from getting this done, and that hasn't really happened - I don't really notice any difference at all. But I can't blame that on the company, and if someone was looking for a vent cleaning I would recommend them.

The guys were on time and called ahead to let me know they were close. They were very friendly and quick, but thorough. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all of the questions I had regarding their process.

I purchased a whole house duct cleaning with unlimited vents included for $185.00. From scheduling to actual service, Chutemaster was great. Orlando accommodated several scheduling changes from my end and explained the service in detail. Jerzy, the technician, was fantastic!! He was respectful, clean and very thorough. It was a great learning experience as he took the time to explain things to me and my Fiancee being that we are first time homeowners. I would highly recommend Chutemaster to anyone that is looking for this type of service, especially if you have allergies.

Jerzy spent about 1.5hr to do the cleaning. The whole process is smooth. Would recommend.

I had Chutemaster clean the HVAC ducts in my house, which had not been cleaned for quite a few years. After reviewing the Angie's list ratings, I took advatage of the 185 dollar special. I was contacted by Orlando and the appointment was set up for 3 weeks later. On the day of the service, Jerzy explained what he would be doing before commencing. Upon completion , he showed me the furnace filter and and there was a lot of dust/etc that had been captured in the filter that was not present before. Jerzy was extremely, clean and neat and very professional. I would not hesitate recommending this company and will be using them again.

We wanted our air ducts cleaned since we just bought the house and have a child with bad allergies. I first checked Angie's List and zeroed in on Chute Master due to their proximity to me, positive reviews, and of course the great deal. Before I pulled the trigger I called the company that installed and services the HVAC system (Harmony) just to get their input... They highly recommended Chute Master as well. The decision was confirmed. I called about a week before Christmas 2012 to make an appointment and was satisfied when I was told they could come about two weeks later (and they would call me if an opening became available earlier). I didn't expect to get anything quicker with the holidays, so 2 weeks was fine with me. An appointment was made and then they took the time to explain the basics of what would be done - everything was very professional and courteous on the phone. The day of the appointment, the technician was everything you would want. Prompt, professional, friendly, and courteous. He once again detailed what he was going to do, he wore booties on his shoes as he worked in the house, and he didn't seem to mind my occasional interruption with questions. He got right to work, did a thorough job, and left no trace that anyone had been working in the house.

Very professional, courteous and efficient from setting up and confirming the appointment (via phone/email) to completing the work.
