I like him. He was on time. I could not make it so he re schedule it. for me

They weren't bad. It was a little bit of a mess around and they really didn't clean the ducts that well that I could see after what they did.

I called the company to schedule an appointment. I spoke to Orlando who informed me that the although they were extremely busy due to the promotional advertised price of the Dryer Vent cleaning, he was able to schedule me in for May 30th. We scheduled the appointment and hung up. About an hour later, I received a message from Orlando asking me to call back, as they had a cancellation and could come by within an hour. I said great, and the serviceman was at my house within 45 minutes. Jerzy, our serviceman, was polite and and efficient. He cleaned out the vent within a half hour. When he had completed the job, he explained to me that he had screwed in the back of vent, as it was missing. He took me downstairs and showed me exactly where the work was done. Very clean, reliable, and trustworthy. Will definitely use them again!

They came on time. He took off all the screens and vents. I am satisfied. So far we have not noticed things floating in the air. The person that came was very professional and helpful.

The service was very good. The service was scheduled and they did on time. Jezy was very professional and friendly. He did very clean job. I am very happy with overall service.

Company was responsive and punctual. When we called to schedule the appointment they were looking 3 weeks out but did attempt to get us in sooner which we appreciated. Overall it was a positive experience and we would use them again.

It was great at beginning, a technician came and finished job. The next day I have a heater service scheduled and the technician told me that I needed a air duct cleanning, and I was so mad since I just got one. So I contacted ChuteMaster again and they sent someone redid the job.

The service was awesome. Orlando called me earlier then scheduled to tell me their was a cancellation and his tech was in the area. I was so glad he remembered me because my wife is due to give birth very soon. His tech, Jerzy was very professional, knowledgable and friendly. Jeryz did a great job removing the vents, cleaning everything out and reinstalling the vents. I had purchased the deal off of Angie's List for 15 vents and one main duct for $249. Each additional vent was $15 and extra for the additional main ducts. Overall I was extremely pleased and would highly recommend them.

I booked the deal for air duct cleaning on Angie's List for $249. Jerzy did the job perfectly. I had some bad experiences with air duct cleaning companies in the past. This was a nice change. Jerzy was very friendly and prompt. He briefly explained what the work involved and proceeded to do the cleaning. He was thorough and took his time. Which I really appreciated because the vents were dirty. I had him do the dryer vent cleaning as well which wasn't part of the original deal. Overall, I was very pleased with this service and this company. I will definitely use them again.

Jerzy arrived on time and took a tour of the house before beginning the job. He worked for almost four hours straight and was neat and professional.

I was desperate to have the air duct system cleaned in a house for the first time since it was built I think in the 1950s. Surfaces were filling with dust way too often, and I have been experiencing an increasing number of upper respiratory infections. After having read the reviews of different companies servicing my area on Angie's list, I contacted ChuteMaster. Orlando was responsive to all questions, and facilitated scheduling an appointment that worked with my schedule. When the technician arrived to do the job, he first did a walk through the house. He then explained what he would be doing, and explained additional services offered and their cost. I opted to have the dryer vent cleaned out, and antimicrobial treatment of the system. The vents had been painted over many times over the course of the lifespan of this house. I am very pleasantly surprised that the technician removed them such that you can hardly see that they were removed and replaced. No mess. Really astonishing. And am I glad to have had the dryer vent cleaned. The amount of lint that was removed is alarming in retrospect, especially knowing that dryer vent lint is associated with house fires. The technician moved furniture as necessary to access vents, and then moved furniture back before he left. He was extremely professional. So, what can I say. I am 100% satisfied, and am grateful for a job well done.

My experience with them was really good. He was on time. I was actually working from home while he was there, and I was able to continue working while he was doing the ducts upstairs. Downstairs; it was a little loud, so it was a little more difficult. But he was polite and cleaned up afterwards, and did a good job. The price was good.

I recently moved to a townhouse and needed to get the dryver vent line cleaned out (this was a requirement for the community, and in the 5-6 weeks since I moved here, the dryer itself was also starting to flashing a diagnostic light indicating that the vent was starting to get obstructed). After researching a few businesses in the northern NJ area, I wound up selecting Chute Masters (and there was a special $89 price for just the service that my home needed - a dryer vent cleaning - via Angieslist). I made an 11:00am apppointment for 4/23 and the person actually dropped by about 20 minutes early (being careful to call first) and the entire job was done in 20-25 minutes, tops (the vent lines in my townhouse community are not as large as they can be in some other places). The technician tested the dryer and verified the diagnostic light was no longer flashing, and he put everything back in the exact same condition it was before he arrived (except the vent is now clean). I would definitely recommend this service to anyone who is in need of it.

I purchased the deal and sent an email out to setup an appointment and within a 1/2 hour I got a response Orlando who was very professional and willing to work within my time frame. He said that if someone cancelled earlier he would get in touch with me. I honestly thought to myself this never happens and even if someone does cancel he will forget to get in touch with me. Well to my surprise someone did cancel and true to Orlando's word he contacted me to make my appointment earlier. Very impressed with Orlando and his communication. I am very big on communication in everything we do and Orlando was dead on. The worker came out the next day and explained to me the procedure and ansewerd all my questions. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. I was very happy with the service and would use this company again.

The company was prompt in answering phone calls and setting up the appointment. The person who came in to do the work was very professional. He made sure that the dust from the vents did not spread around, he cleaned as he went along.

The technician counted the number of ducts and reiterated the charges for the job. He worked his way from my upstairs to the basement, vacuuming out all vents and returns. He had covers over his shoes and a tarp for his equipment. He was extremely professional and did the job. Unfortunately some of the vent covers had been painted so they were stuck to the wall. I will need to do some touch up painting now - but the technician was as careful as possible. My only word of advice is to request anyone painting to remove vent covers first. I was extremely pleased with the way this job was handled - from the first phone call to the completion.

They were very good. There were a few complications in the beginning but at the end they came through nicely. Since I had more vents, they gave me a ballpark figure better. The SPF screens were actually not good because they did not get it right the first time and then they came about the second time to do it with better quality of paper. At the end I was very happy, it was done very well. Their prices are competitive and the technician was great; he has been coming to my home for a long time.

ChuteMaster did a good job overall. Their representative was on time, efficient and well-trained. The only glitch was that due to the age of our home the in-wall vents couldn't be removed for cleaning. I had noted the age of our home with the scheduler but somehow wasn't shared with the technician.

ChuteMaster arrived on time. Explained again what would be done. Set up equipment taking care not to damage or otherwise disturb my furnishings. Carefully removed all the grates from my central air system, cleaned them, sanitized them, replaced the grates. We reviewed the cost. The price was consistent with their quote. I paid them and they left. The whole process took about two hours. And the company was open to taking other owners in my building so in addition to servicing my home, Chutemaster provided service for another owner in my building.

One person came; he was courteous and neat. No messes left to clean up afterwards. Although I ended up paying for some extra services beyond the initial price, the overall cost was reasonable. There was no hard-sell on extra services, so I could feel comfortable purchasing what I wanted and not opting for what I did not. Overall, I am pleased; the heating unit seems to be running much more efficiently now.

I left a voicemail with Orlando who was the contact person. He returned my phone call promptly and I told him that I was off for a few days and if he had any openings for the service within the next couple of days. Initially, he stated it might be dificult but realized that there was a cancelled appointment. He asked me if I was available in half hour and I told him I was. Forty five minutes later, Jerry (technician) showed up and did a great job. He was knowledgable and showed me exactly what he had done. He was in and out in half hour. Job well done!!!!

Very professional and responsive both via email and phone. They were quick to answer questions and follow up with information required. Service person arrived at the appointment early, was professional and got the job done well! I will definitely use ChuteMaster again!

Their service was very good. It was a very clean job. They were on time and very professional. One guy did the job. I would definitely recommend them. Everything was really what we were looking for. I would definitely use them again.

I wasn't present but my wife said they did a very professional job. Showed up promptly and were out a little before their original time estimate.
