I was very pleased with the entire experience. I bought and paid for the service via Angie's List. Right after purchasing I had to travel for work and didn't contact the company to set up an appt. The company actually contacted me to follow up and to schedule the service. It being a busy time at work I was glad they followed up. They were extremely flexible as far as scheduled. On the day of the service the technician I had my brother at the house. He said they were prompt and thorough. When I returned home after work you couldn't even tell anyone was there. Vent covers are supper clean and I can feel the difference in the AC. Oh, and the technician even changed the filter in the AC unit. Easy, accommodating, prompt, thorough, professional and clean! I would highly recommend.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It went pretty good. We are happy with them. He was professional and he did a good job. He kept his work very neat and cleaned everything after he finished his job. He met all my expectations. The price was reasonable compared to other providers.

This was great and I would definitely recommend them and use this service again in the future (they are suggesting every three years or so). Orlando communicated with me over email - sent me a reminder a few days before, sent me one afterwards to check if everything went ok. Jerzy came at the appointment time and took the three hours Orlando said it would take to clean my vents. Jerzy was great -- very thorough and meticulous. He cleaned the inside as well as the outside area of each vent and return. I would also nominate them for a "page of happiness"!

It went very well, from the moment I called Orlando to book a date until the two workmen left our home, job completed. Mike and his coworker were on time; professional; explained what was going to happen step by step, were very personable; and worked steadily. But Mike won my heart when he put on paper shoe "booties" when he came in, took them off every time he went out to their truck and put them back on when he re-entered our home....and so did his coworker. We appreciated it very much, because our carpets had been professionally cleaned just the week before. They deserve the "Page of Happiness" recognition.

The service went very well. Jerzy arrived on time and was professional throughout. I set up the appointment through Orlando and he was accessible through phone and e-mail. Orlando even reached out on the day of the service to let me know that they could come out earlier if we were around, and we stuck with the original time. I would use Chutemaster again.

I had never had the dryer duct cleaned before but my next door neighbor had a fire in her duct which damaged her laundry room. I found Chut Master on Angie's list. Jerzy arrived even earlier that we planned because he had another job in the area but I was happy with that. He took the outside cap off the duct and cleaned it out Then he went to the basement, took the silvery duct apart and took the trouble to remove the duct tape that had been used on it in the past and replace it with aluminum tape which he said was the correct tape to use. He cleaned the duct with his giant vaccum, reassembled it, and tested out the dryer to see hat it worked okay. I was very happy with the service.

I had the service done, Chute Environmental did the service yesterday, I haven't been to that particular house since they did the service, I am just assuming that everything went well but I haven't been over there to take a look. I chose them because they were on Angie's list, and they had the special promotion that I received in an email.

Took advantage of Angie's List Big Deal $249 vent cleaning special for Chute Master. I give this company an A+ rating. They were professional and courteous in all my dealing with them. Orlando responded immediately to my initial phone call and their technician, Jerzy, showed up at my house on correct day at the appointed time. Jerzy was just so pleasant and, besides doing a wonderful, mess-free job of cleaning the vents, he took the time to discuss with me proper filter sizes (since I had the incorrect size). He also likes dogs which is a big plus for me since I have two of them. I don't have anything remotely negative to say - it was a pleasant experience for what is essentially a pretty dirty, dusty job and I would definitely recommend this company for your vent cleaning needs. Very punctual and professional. A huge load of lint from the dryer vent to the outside, they cleaned that up also. Great Job.

They were fine. The guy was in and out, and did not make any mess. He was very pleasant, and he did a good job. I had also other people cleaning the house for the same day, so it was a little chaotic here but he just took care of everything. He was quick, prompt, and pleasant. His price was fair. It was a good experience.

It went very well. They were fine. There were extra charges because of an additional vent. It's $8 or $12 per vent. I don't exactly recall the amount. They're very responsive. They came at the date and time we agreed on. They explained everything very well. The pricing could be a little bit better.

Jerzy the tech came out and gave me an overview of what services he was going to perform - we walked through my home room by room to access. I purchased the specials for both the vent cleaning and ducts. Jerzy was very pleasant and performed teh complete job with a few hours. The special only applied to 15 vents while I have over 30 so I had to pay double. I appreciate Orlando for scheduling my service on a Saturday and especially within days of my call. I would highly recommend them and will be using them going forward yearly for dryer vent cleaning.

The technician came on time and did a good job. He thouroughly cleaned all air ducts. I am happy with the result. The only little thing is that a little bit paint was peeled off when he took off a grill.

When I called to make sure that they were able to service my area, they asked about the deal that I was looking at purchasing. They told me that they couldn't honor the price with purchasing just dryer vent cleaning but I needed the A/C cleaning as well. I felt like they were going to do a bait and switch type of deal.

The technician, Jerzy, was excellent. The work was performed very professional, clean and timely. The technician was very careful to ensure everything was clean. Since it was raining, he took extreme care to ensure no water was tracked into the house. They provided a very thorough and efficient cleaning.

Everything was as expected. I was a little scared to use the $39 ?scam? companies so I chose the $185 deal on Angies list. The tech was nice and sang the whole time he was here. Charged $30 for antimicrobial solution in the vents. I can only take their word that everything was done correctly and well. From the reviews I assume it was.

Arrived early...quick, polite and thorough.

One man turned up on time. Explained the method that was used and how it would be carried out. Answered all my questions fully without giving me loads of unnecessary sales talk. Unscrewed every vent and cleaned and also cleaned from both air conditioning units. Felt very comfortable having him in the house so much so i even popped out quickly to get a coffee.

It went just as he said on the phone when I made the appointment. Very prompt and clean. He even cleaned the debris from the trees on my porch that he brought into the front foyer. Job took about 2 hours which is also what he said it would take. I would highly recommend him to anyone who asked.

They seemed to be good. They did not take pictures which I thought they might, but overall it was a good service.
