They actually did a very good job. My wife was there when the work was being done. They were very efficient and they cleaned up after themselves. He showed her what they pulled out and it looked like they did a really nice job.

They were incredibly responsive, were upfront about the price and any incremental vents (above the amount in the coupon), and at my request they were able to move up the appointment earlier in their schedule. They did the work quickly and effectively, and made recommendations on future service. I would definitely use them again.

The provider responded to my email right away. It took a while to settle on an appointment since the provider is busy. On the day of the appointment, they arrived on time and get the job done. I have no problem hiring them next time.

Setting it up was easy and when I had to change my appointment they worked with me without making it a huge hassle. Every communication by phone and email was professional and very customer-friendly. The technican came on time, avoided disrupting my household as much as possible, worked quickly and independently, and delivered results. I asked about frequency for doing again and he gave a reasonable answer -- not overselling the services. I would recommend this company to anyone! And as the technician pointed out when examining the outflow for my dryer vent -- some of my neighbors in my condo association could use it -- people check your dyer vents for clogs; not addressing a clogged vent can cause fires and Chutemaster will fix it quickly and inexpensively.

Orlando from ChuteMaster contacted me to set up the work and we discussed how it would be performed. I inquired about accessing the vents. He informed me they would probably have to be removed. I took off the covers and found they could not come out. It is an older home. I would not consider replacing them as they are quite beautiful and ornate. I measured the minimum opening and called him back. Unfortunately I was informed their equipment could not fit between the vents. He checked with his tech and said I would need a company which uses negative suction with the vents covered. I appreciate the extra effort he went through even though he knew I could not use his company.

Jerzey arrived on time and was very courteous. My dryer is located in a very tight space in front of the furnace which makes it difficult to reach the vents. He did the job well and explained everything. He made sure the loose vent was properly secured to the dryer before moving the appliance back to the correct position. I am happy with the service provided.

I was very pleased by the service I received from ChuteMaster Environmental Inc. I needed to have my dryer vent cleaned as per my condominium requirements. The deadline for doing this was quickly approaching and I tried calling several companies on the Condo's recommended list. No one could get it done within a reasonable time for me. I went to Angie's List and noted that ChuteMaster was given many excellent ratings. I called them immediately to set up an appointment. I received a return call from Orlando right away and was able to set up an appointment which was satisfactory to me. On the day of the scheduled appointment, Jerzsey showed up on time, was very professional and did a thorough job. The price was also very reasonable. I was very happy and impressed and will definitely use ChuteMaster Environmental in the future to have all of my vents cleaned. I nominate ChuteMaster Environmental Inc. for a "Page of Happiness".

I am really happy about the service. Jerzy was great. He worked very thoroughly and he took extra care of my newly painted wood floor. I couldn't be happier for the service. Since I have many vents, Jerzy worked very late into the evening and finished the work at 9:30pm. He is very friendly and easy going. I would highly recommend him and the company.

ChuteMaster Environmental was very good. I had more ducts so I was charged additional $60.

I'm impressed. My appointment was for 2pm and Jerzy arrived at exactly that time. I had bought the deal for 15 vents cleaned for $249, but I actually have 16 vents and expected to pay extra for the additional one. I have a double height ceiling in the living room, with a vent positioned close to the main window. Jerzy explained that he didn't have a ladder long enough to reach it, and even if he did it wouldn't be suitable as the positioning would probably damage the wall. The only way to access that vent would be to hire scaffolding for the day from somewhere like Home Depot, and that would cost approx $200-300. He was upfront about the problem and asked how I wanted to proceed. I decided to go ahead with the job, but ignore the problem vent. Jerzy worked efficiently and thoroughly, was friendly and polite throughout, and took care of our furniture/possessions. I am from England where domestic AC is unheard of, since the weather never gets hot enough to need it. So all this is new to me, and I was asking quite a lot of questions. Jerzy was happy to explain things to me, and made recommendations about future work. In summary, I was very happy with the work done and felt the price was very reasonable. I would wholeheartedly recommend this company.

The technician, Jerzy, was very good. He was very easy to have in the house - working from the upstairs to the basement. Considering that he was in every room in the house he wasn't intrusive at all.
