It was an Angie's List Big Deal that we purchased. It went very well. There was an additional charge of $30 because we had a couple of extra vents. They did a good job. We had it done 10 years ago and that company didn't do all of the vents. The price was pretty good.

He was very professional, explained to us what will he do and how long will the cleaning take. He also put disposable shoe covers which I really appreciate he did that because I am cleanig freak. So far so good, definetly I see less dust on the furniture.

It was great. It went very good. He came right on time and he was great. He also did a friend of mine on another building and she had a long exhaust so it was more work for him but it was the same payment. They graciously accepted the deal for my friend even though she was not a member of Angie's List.

Very professional. We are satisfied with the service and will definitely use them again.

I called as Chute Master when I couldn't find a reputable company to clean my dryer vent. This is mandatory every two years in my complex. At risk for being fined by my complex if this service was not completed by 10/31/13, they made the extra effort to squeeze my job in on a Saturday morning. Jerzy was extremely pleasant and did a great job inspect the dryer vent and cleaning it out. He was prompt to arrive and took the time to attend to the details of the job! Overall, I was very happy with the service!

They were very punctual and professional. Explained us what they were going to do before starting the work and why they were doing it. They did a fantastic job. Would hire them next year again.

The vendor is very responsive though both email and phone. The service contractor is at the door on time and provide the services professional.

I would recommend them. I am not sure about the technology, but he did a good job cleaning the vents. He was very professional and I could tell a difference in the airflow. I would use them again.

The gentleman was on time, very professional, and accomplished the task. The vent hadn't been cleaned in a long time and was quite blocked. There were many less expensive companies on the internet but since it hadn't been done for so long I wanted a good job. I don't know if I would pay $90 or more again if I have it done every year....

It was a slow start since they were so booked up and were trying to squeeze me in without an appointment but ended up going with an actual appointment on a later date. They were prompt and very professional, I have to get the vent cleaned for the townhouse board and would absolutely use them yearly.

Very professional,& clean, what can I say "a job well done"

I purchased a coupon via Angies List to have it cleaned for $89. They were on time and got to work right away. No complaints.

Technician Jerzy arrived on time and was both courteous and considerate of my need to protect a newly refinished wood floor. He brought in a new tarp and covered the area where the machine was placed and promptly and thoroughly cleaned all my air ducts, explaining the process as he went along. He also cleaned my furnace as there were only 5 ducts to clean in this small old home that had not been inhabited for many years. Jerzy was personable and professional. I felt completely comfortable working basically alongside him on another project in the home. There was no dust. Any hint of a smell from the air ducts no longer exists.

The worker who came out was professional and on time! Went above and beyond in pointing out things to us (new homeowners) and going the extra step to make sure our ducts were thoroughly cleaned. Will be calling Chutemaster again in 2-3 years to provide cleaning service again.

They cleaned out the 15 vents as advertised. Showed up on time and were very professional. I would recommend them to anyone and would use them in the future.

He called and asked if he could come early- was there within 10 mins of the call. Jerzy was polite, efficient and quiet .

Orlando was great. I first received an e-mail explaining the Angies List deal and the service. I then received a phone call from him with more information and to schedule service. Our technician was really prompt, courteous, and thorough. He was very respectful of the fact that we had an infant in the house during the dryer vent cleaning. I would definitely call them again.

It went very well. ChuteMaster gave us a 2 hour window of arrival and came at the beginning. It took the worker several hours to complete the job. I think it was more difficult than they had anticipated. He didn't complain, or try to get us to purchase additional services, or charge us extra for anything. The air in our home felt much cleaner after he left. I would definitely recommend ChuteMasters.

They were very thorough. There were vents in the pool area that had debris due to construction and they made sure to clear them out.

It was very easy to schedule the appointment for the work. Everything went just as expected and I think the work was fine. We did have an issue with our AC unit afterwards, but we are not sure their service caused the issue. They did provide options to have upgrades for the cleaning done, but we did decline them. The technician who came out was good at explaining things to us. As far as I am concerned, everything was fine.

The service provider was punctual and thorough. Cleaned vents we forgot we had. noticed a difference right away in the air quality of the house. Much better!!

Jerzy showed up on time and cleaned out the vent quickly. We were very happy with the work. He even took the extra time to get out a button that was stuck in the vent. We will be calling them again next year for the same service!

The technician found an old filter that had dislodged and was loose in the system, causing the unit to not function properly because it was running non-stop trying to cool. Now the air is noticeably, fresher and the system is functioning properly, which in turn is saving us money.

It turned out well. They guy came in and I had more vents than were covered in the deal, and he gave me a discount to cover those additional vents. He was very courteous, professional, and described what he was going to do. He was at my house long enough for me to feel like he did a thorough job. Hew was very good. He informed me this is something that I should look into about every 3 years and didn’t try to get me to agree to him coming out next year.
