I decided to get our air ducts cleaned just prior to installation of a new HVAC system with air purifier. I used an Angie's List deal to cover a portion of the work. The scope of the work that would be done with discussed and agreed upon in advance, as well as the amount of time it would take. The crew showed up right on time and everything went according to plan with no surprises or attempts to add-on services, which I appreciated. All vents were properly back in place after they finished and they left my house clean.

Very good experience with this provider. The tech arrived promptly just before the scheduled time, and was able to identify source of dryer blockage quickly, even after being supplied incorrect information about venting system. Was done in less than 30 minutes, and dryer now works good as new! I definitely recommend this provider's services.

Received a detailed description and estimate of service from Orlando, I scheduled the service before purchasing the $249 Angie's List deal. They reminded me to purchase the deal as well! I confirmed the date and time w/ the company when I heard about the upcoming snow storm and they said they would probably be delayed because of the snow but they showed up right on time. Ron was the technician and he did a great job. He seemed very knowledgeable. He explained in detail to my husband and I what he was going to do. All vent register and exhaust fans were cleaned and solutioned with a safe chemical. He cleaned up after himself and was very polite and respectful of our house. I was very pleased with the service and professionalism. Thank you!

The original service date was post-poned due to schedule conflict by service provider, which actually worked out better for me. Contractor was on-time and completed the work as expected. Had no issues, answered my questions and they did not try to sell me me additional services. Would use again...

We just moved to the area and were working hard to coordinate a lot of home improvement before we moved in...Orlando was great to review the parameters of the Angie's List coupon offer and then accommodate us in the schedule. He sent a fantastic service provider in Ron. He was on time, dressed appropriately and pleased to be alive and working on a Saturday morning! Sometimes that positive attitude makes all the difference and I was appreciative that he was proud of the work he was doing and took the time to educate me about my system and the work he was doing to clean it. He worked very diligently and cleaned up after himself...I could not have been more pleased. As an aside, my job was expensive...my home is large ~5000 sq. ft. and I purchased a coupon for $250.00 but was aware that I needed to pay extra for my extra furnace, my extra 33 vents and my dryer vent. Orlando went over all of the costs so there were no surprises. They may not be the least expensive but the are an excellent company to work with!

Appointment was reconfirmed prior to date of service. I was told the service person would arrive approximately noon. He called me about 15 minutes prior to arrival, and he arrived at noon! The service person's name was Jerzey. Prior to beginning the cleaning, he explained everything he was going to do. He walked through each room in my home and then into the basement where the main lines led to the furnace. He explained that he would be cleaning each air duct on the main level of my home and proceeded to remove all vents and return covers. He brought in his vacuum which looked like a huge tank. The vacuum unit was spotless. He then proceeded to vacuum out all the open ducts. After completing the main level, he then brought the vacuum downstairs to the basement. He explained that he would have to cut a couple of small square openings in the sheet metal in order to thoroughly clean the main lines as well as the furnace area. After he cleaned out the ductwork lines, he covered each hole with metal and screwed the new piece of metal into place, he then sealed the perimeter of each square with special tape. He also sprayed with antibacterial solution throughout the ducts. He reattached all the duct covers upstairs, vacuumed away any debris and moved my furniture back into place. He told me I should have the cleaning done every 3 years. I cannot say enough good things about the professionalism and meticulous way Jerzey handled his job. Orlando was the overseer of the job, and followed up the appointment as well as called me a few days after the appointment to make sure I was completely satisfied. I paid exactly the amount I was quoted. My home smells clean and fresh. Thank you, Chutemaster, and.... "Thank you, Angie".

Very good service. Very professional and pleasant service tech. Service tech provided good description of the service he was going to provide and provided service with no problem. He was very through and cleaned up when complete. The technician cleaned out the vent in the dryer and then cleaned out the vent that exits the dryer and runs to the outside. Appreciated that the service tech arrived in a clean truck with the companies name and he introduced himself to me and my husband and then explained what he was going to do before unloading any equipment. After the service was performed he cleaned up completely and presented us with a detailed bill/receipt. Would recommend to friends/neighbors.

The Gentle was very professional who arrived at me residence. The vent for the dryer was cleaned out along with the surrounding area. The drier is working great and I am very happy with the service that was provided.

The service technician was punctual and professional. The cleaning of the dryer vent pipe was done quickly, and solved our venting problem. The technician was also helpful in explaining what he was doing and where the problem had developed. I would consider using Chutemaster for other projects in the future.

Everything went very well. The man showed up 45 minutes early. We were told it would take approximately 2 hours. Since our vent covers are older, he explained everything to us about what he would do and he answered all of our questions. He was very conscientious and the job took a bit longer as he took time to do everything with care. I would recommend Jerzy to any prospective client.

Orlando contacted me two days after I purchased the deal. He was very flexible in terms of scheduling the appointment. I had to reschedule once due to delays in finising the wood flooring. One the day of work, the newly installed wooden vents were locked due to polish applied recently. So, we had to rescedule a second time after his staff came on site. Orlando was a gentlemen and accomadated us. We finally got the work done on the day agreed upon (a third time). The staff were punctual and did their work as planned. We are pleased with their work.
