Cleaned our dryer vents. Found a clog that had not previously been fixed by another provided. It now works great, better than ever.

He worked alone and he was very neat and we were very pleased. i have pets and aalthough I vacuum we are sure that pet dander is in those ducts. I will have him in again in april or may.

Great company to work with. Worked with me to get to our house at the time that I needed. House has 35+ vents and +4,500 sq. ft. so there was a lot to get done. Appreciated the deal offered (15 for 249).

Very professional company to work with. Purchased the vent cleaning deal off of A.L. and was contacted the next day to schedule. On day of service, technician was right on time. Started with the dryer vent and saw that the exhaust hose was not installed properly to the vent and repaired that free of charge. Meticulously went through the vents and cleaned approximately 20 years of dust out of the system. All was done efficiently and cleanly. Will definitely use again and highly recommended.

ChuteMaster is an excellent company and well-deserving of their A rating. Orlando is easy to work with and communicates very well. He made sure the schedule worked for me and was quick to alert me to a schedule change that got them in earlier than expected. Jerzy came on time and was quick to get to work. Arriving a day after a snowstorm, he was vigilant about making sure no salt and snow were tracking into the house. He was very knowledgeable and quick to answer my questions. With dust allergies, the HVAC system is frequently overlooked. Jerzy confirmed what my nose was telling me...the bedroom duct was much dirtier than the living room. Since their work, the air purifier is back in the closet!

Orlando was great wirh scheduling. Jerzey was wonderful, on time, respectful and hard working. I cannot say enough good things about Jerzey. He explained everything. I would use this company again.

ChuteMaster was very professional. The service person arrived on time, did a thorough job, worked "clean" (made no messes and tidied up afterwards) and offered up helpful advice on how to keep the ducts and dryer vent clean in the future. We'd use ChuteMaster again.

The overall experience was great from scheduling to completion. The technician showed up on time, conducted himself professionally, did a very thorough job of cleaning and cleaning up after himself, and went the extra length to take care of cleaning out the dryer vent outside the house which was unreachable due to some later construction that blocked access. Overall, a great experience, and I will bring them back again for the next service.

It want great! In addition to above he vacauumed behind the washer and dryer to pick up the liny that fell out when he first opened the line. he left the laundry room spotless! I highly recommend this company and will use them again for other work.

Called before arriving and was on time. Completed the service in a timely manner and did an excellent job. Will definitely use them again.

He methodically arranged the tools necessary to clean-out the venting that extended thru the basement. Then, he attached a drill and proceeded to progress up the venting with an attached brush that rotated around the duct work (please note that other companies merely vacuum). Then he told me to look at the outside 4x4 cover. Well, what a mess I had coming out of the duct work!! OMG!! I am attaching a pic from my cell phone. The next step was the existing metal exhaust that went from the dryer to the wall. Jerzy said it was fine, after he cleaned it, and that we did not have to replace it. Then, he reattached the the metal exhaust and also taped it with metal tape (duct tape deteriorates). The inside was inspected, especially the area where the lint screen sits. He ran the dryer and went to the basement to be certain the duct work was stable. He rechecked his work in back of the dryer . This guy was in such a great mood the entire time he was here. I would recommend this company to anyone and I am sure to tell my neighbors and friends. Orlando, the owner, was also a pleasure to deal with and he was most accomodating. It went well. The young man was very polite, informative and concerned that because the ducts were so dirty that he couldn't get them cleaned to my expectations. He showed me where I could open the intake section and use my shop vacuum to help get the furnace clean. He wormed me that there would be dust particles for some time. He also recommended changing the filter often until the air was cleaner. I know that I will hire this same company again and keep up with the dusting and vacuuming. d

They arrived on time, explained the process, were organized, and most important they cleaned up after themselves. I couldn't ask for anything more. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They were extremely cordial, responsive and professional, from original intake to scheduling to completing the job. Showed up promptly at the (convenient) day/time we had agreed on, did the work, and left the areas where they had worked in great condition. A no-hassle job. In comparing their $249 with other prices, they're a little higher, but I suspect the others have limitations on their service -- number of ducts, e.g. -- or others, and because we combined this with a dryer vent cleaning, it made sense to keep the work with one company. (They try -- gently, in their favor -- to do a minor upsell with some kind of disinfectant or some other, but cheerfully accepted our "thanks, but no thanks." So no problem there.) Would definitely use them again.

From the first time I called after buying the "deal" to scheduling and through their completing the work, total satisfaction. Responded to my initial call promptly, scheduled a convenient time, showed up on time, did the work and even did a minor fix on the dryer vent (which probably was above-and-beyond what we had purchased.) No silliness, BS or nonsense at any step along the way. Cordial, responsive and professional.

Very nice job. We have a long dryer vent that snakes through walls and ceilings; and it was long overdue for cleaning. The ChuteMaster technician didn't just use a vacuum - he "snaked" a tool all the way through the vent to fully clear it out. He also cleaned up nicely. Quick, efficient and effective. I also appreciated the fact that, since he was a little late, the technician called to let us know he was just looking for parking (Hoboken is tough in that regard) and would be here shortly. I'll use them again in 1-2 years, when the vent next needs cleaning.

They showed up right on time and did a great job. Orlando responded quickly via email and we bought the service through Angie's List. Their price was better than most of the services out there (especially for a company that is NADCA licensed). Thre has been little if any paint chipping where the air duct registers were taken off and we will definitely be using this company in the future for all of our cleaning needs. Great job!

Purchased an Angie's List deal to clean my dryer vent, but they don't work in my area. Refunded.
