Jerzy showed up at right time and with some introduction started the work. He mentioned that my gas dryer line is not long and that's why easier to clean. It was actually not that dirty at all. He mentioned a periodic cleaning at 2/3 years interval will be good enough to keep it clean. The place where my gas dryer is placed is difficult to reach but he managed to pull it a forward a bit and wriggle into the corner! After the work he did put it back at right place. Jerzy had a good sense of humor and professional. I would ask this provider for the same service again in future.

This is one of the most professional companies I have had the pleasure to work with. My wife is beyond a clean freak and she could have not asked for a cleaner more customer oriented company to work with. The set up prior to starting the job was amazing, they make certain that the entire job is done without creating any mess within the home. They also take their time to make sure every vent and return is cleaned. They even checked my two filters and replaced them with my replacement filters. In addition they were on time and very nice. This is our second year using ChuteMaster and we will call them again next year. Highly recommend working with them.

It went very well. He was slightly late but that was expected because the weather wasn't great that day but he apologized. He put on booties over his shoes also. I thought it was great that the technician took the time to explain the process and show the equipment. He advised us that the vents in the new addition (approximately 5 years) didn't have too much dust. In addition he advised that every 3 years should be sufficient. Sometimes companies will tell people a more frequent cycle in order to get more money which he didn't.

Everything went well, and I thought it was a good service. They cleaned up after themselves, were easy to contact, and acted professionally when dealing with me. Ultimately, I had no issues with the work.

Jerzy spent quite a while cleaning out my dryer vent. It was extremely dirty. He did a thorough job and cleaned up after himself. My mind is now at ease because all the lint that was built up for the past 7 years is gone. I will definitely call Orlando from ChuteMaster back next year!!

Overall the service was very good. It looks like our air ducts had never been cleaned before. He was very clean and didn't harm any furniture.

We highly recommend Chute Master! We have hired them on 2 separate occasions for air duct cleaning and dryer vent cleaning. Orlando at Chute Master answers or returns all calls promptly and is very professional. We recently had a clogged dryer vent as the previous service provider did not do a very good job. Orlando helped us out by scheduling an appointment even at such short notice. The technician was prompt and professional. He worked diligently and was quite knowledgeable. He even took the time to answer all our questions. We were very happy with their service both times and will definitely be using them in the future!
