great experience with the team at ChuteMaster. Jerzy the technician came on time and spent almost 3 hours cleaning our vents. Jerzy was very thorough and at the end gave me a recap of what he found. Jerzy was also very thoughtful of the house, he wore shoe covers and made sure not to scratch the floors with the big drum vacuum that he used.

Very impressive. The fellow who did the work spent over 2 hours on it, was quite thorough and friendly, cleaned everything up before he left, and the price was significantly better than the two big-name store services that I contacted. Also, they don't mind working on Saturdays. I'm completely satisfied.

The person was right on time and was extremely professional and friendly. They bring all of their equipment and did not cause any mess with this cleaning (super organized and the dust is contained as they clean). The complete process was about 1-2 hours.

Orlando was very kind and understood that I had only 1 week to have this service done. He managed to persuade a tech to come in on his day off to fit me in...of which I was very grateful. The tech was very professional and apologized for being late (not his fault - streets around my home were closed to traffic). He got right to it and worked very quickly and efficiently. He offered addt'l services but without any pressure or hard sell (I opted for the addt'l cleanser due to very dirty vents). Took about about 4hours to complete. When he was finished the tech took me through the bill, showed me what had been done and advised to have the service once every 3 years. After seeing what was inside my vents...I definitely will.

Contacted ChuteMaster to have my dryer vent cleaned. The technician, Jerzy, was punctual on the appointment date. He was pleasant and proceeded to do the work with a very cheerful attitude. Once he had finished doing as much cleaning as he could from inside my home, he went outside and climbed up on my roof to inspect the dryer vent from that vantage point. He managed to pull some lint from there as well. The whole job took about 45 minutes. He recommended that I have my heating vents cleaned as well as he opened one of the vents, and there was a considerable amount of construction dust. I'll definitely schedule that service with ChuteMaster at a later time. Overall, I was pleased with the service provided.

Very well. It was a simple job and went as planned. A moderate snowstorm began approximately one hour before the appointment and the representative arrived on-time. Well done!

It was a good experience but I ended up having to pay almost double the price of the big deal because they said that we have more vents in the house than what we paid for. So, the deal was not really as good as it looked. It just made it appear that it was really reasonable when in fact, it really was not. The deal was really misleading but the people who came out were good, really professional and responsive. It was just that the pricing should have been clearer. We would probably use them again in the future if we need to.

I felt that the technician took his time (no rush) to ensure that each one of the vents were cleaned appropriately. The return vent was also cleaned in detailed and then applied the antibacterial spray.

Very prompt with scheduling, prompt arriving at the home, Cleaned the duct from the inside and the outside. I am very pleased. And judging by the amount of lint on the ground after the service vs before the service, this was very much needed.

The employee that came out was very good and did a great job cleaning up. It was very thorough and timely. When he had to move my dryer to clean around it, one of the legs came out, but he did his best to help fix it. This was the first time I had used them, and I would use them again in the future as well.
