They were very nice but i do not need it.

He was efficient, clean, and thorough. No mess was left behind. The job was completed in the afternoon and, by the evening, we could feel the difference in the a/c and air quality. We're very thankful for the service!

I hired them to clean two dryer vents. One went very smoothly. The other one took much longer, but that was because our vent was damaged. The technician had to stop, but not for lack of trying. They were professional and knowledgeable.

The system he uses is essentially a vacuum he brings into the house with a revolving brush. There are other ways to do it (like those trucks that drive up and bring the hoses in the house) but what they used worked fine. No dust got into the house it was all contained in the vacuum. The antibacterial treatment cost extra - I can't remember how much - all it was is spraying some solution out of a spray bottle into each vent opening. Seems like a lot for just some spray bottle squeezing but who knows what that stuff is or if you can buy it anywhere. Overall happy with the work.

Jerze was on time, explained everything about the service. He gave me an accurate estimate on the service. He was meticulous and cleaned up after himself when he was finished.

They were pretty good and we did not have any problem with them. They were prompt. They sent 2 people out to do the job. They got the job done in about 6 hours and the scheduling was good.

The gentleman was very professional, pleasant and thorough. He did a good job cleaning up after himself as well. Too often, workmen leave a mess for the homeowner to clean up. This was not the case here.

I researched many air duct cleaning services before confirming with Chutemaster. The guys were an absolute pleasure to deal with at every stage. The cleaning was thorough and very professional. Great experience overall.

The experience with them was good. I had purchased a big deal for the service. They were prompt, professional, and informative. They were reliable.

The man showed up on time and was friendly and professional. He performed the service quickly and efficiently. The only criticism I have is that it took a couple of months to get an appointment. I was told that the fall is their busy season and I'll take them at their word. But I prepaid for the appointment thru Angie's List (I received a discount), so to pay for a service well in advance of the actual service felt a bit odd.

Sometime around May 21st I responded to an Angie's List special from Chute Master for dryer vent cleaning. I received a call promptly from the owner Orlando to schedule the service. Despite the fact I live within his advertised coverage area he told me that I don't but offered to provide the service as long as I was able to wait a few weeks until he had another job "relatively" close by. I agreed and we scheduled the service appointment for 6/20 at 4pm. He was a no show at 4pm but one of his employees called at 5:45 pm leaving a message to return his call. I returned the call but there was no answer. I left my house at 6:30pm and when I returned at 10pm there was a note on the door that he was there. A neighbor of mine saw a truck in front of my house somewhere between 9 and 9:30pm which presumably was him. Frankly even if I was at home I would not have allowed him to perform the service. Extremely unprofessional.

Very we'll done. The technician showed up exactly on time which was important since I had to leave the house at a certain time that day. It took less than two hours and left everything in order.

I wanted a gas operated,highly efficient machine to clean the air duct,use Negative energy to take the dust into their trucks and nothing should be in air,like air borne. I'm not interested in just cleaning with a vacuum and use less powerful equipment,like just cleaning with a brush and cleans up to the extent where the brush can reach. Somehow there was miscommunication between me & Chute Master Environmental Inc about the process involved in Air duct cleaning. So I want to cancel the same.

We had used Chutemaster before and had been very happy with Jerzy, the gentleman who did the cleaning a few years ago. This time we booked the service through the great Angie's List offer. Orlando from Chutemaster called us right away to agree on the best date for the service. We went through what needed to be done and asked if Jerzy was still with them (he was) and if we could get him to perform the service (we could). Orlando even put us on a list to be contacted for earlier service in case another customer canceled (this actually happened and we were offered an earlier date that suited us even better). On the day of the service, Jerzy arrived on time and again, quietly and very neatly set up his equipment in our house, protecting our wooden floors (I am always worried about those) and then methodically working his way down trough the house. He is a very pleasant person and we (again) had the impression that he treated our house as carefully as if it was his own. We have already recommended Chutemaster and will will use them again in a few years when our airducts need cleaning. I wish I had service providers like them for all other services around the house.

Jerzy arrived on time and did an excellent job.

It went very well. He was on time and did a good job. I was very pleased that he didn't leave a mess. I had an extra antibacterial spray which was around $30. They did a thorough job and the price was pretty good.

Jerzy was the technician and was very neat and thorough. He handed me the grating which I washed and then he would put them back after vacuuming. Twenty in all. He moved some heavy pieces of furniture to get to the gratings. Very professional. Since the 2nd floor heating unit is in attic he had to pull the canister and vacuum hose up the stairs to reach the component. I was very pleased with his work and cleanliness, really no mess.

I had an appointment on 5/29/14 at 8:30 am with Chute Master Environmental to clean 15 of my vents for the special price of $249.00. A gentleman named Jerzy arrived on time and was very professional, courteous and friendly. He looked at the vents to be cleaned, explained to me exactly what he would do and then began his work. Since I have carpets in the house, he placed a net over his shoes so that he would not mess up the carpet. He did a wonderful job and my wife and I were very impressed. There was no mess to clean up. A few days ago, I turned on the A/C ( I have central air) and noticed that my home was cooler faster than before. I credit this to the A/C vents being cleaned This is the second time I have used Chute Master and Jerzy came both times. Last fall, Jerzy came and cleaned my dryer vents. My dryer is a hundred percent better since he cleaned it. I would definitely recommend Chute Master and Jerzy and would definitely use them again.

Due to some kind of glitch in the booking system, or paypal, or somewhere else along the line, the original crew went to the wrong address. When they couldn't reach me, they sent an e-mail. I got that a little too late for them to do the job on that day, so the office made arrangements for someone else to come to the correct address ASAP. Jerzey, the man who came, was very courteous and quiet. My only complaint was the actual piece of machinery he used. It looked like it was on its last legs, but it worked OK, so I guess I needn't have worried. I did have a few extra chutes above and beyond what was covered with the Angie's List Deal, plus I opted for the sanitizer and to have the dryer vent cleaned as well, but the price was reasonable, and I'm glad I had the work done.

Jerzey from ChuteMaster showed up on time with appropriate gears and uniform. He was very professional about cleaning. He did not waste any time and focusing on cleaning carefully moving dryer. Wiht in 45 munities, he cleaned entire dryer duck, vacuumed and put it back like a new. I strongly recommended ChuteMaster for any duck cleaning.
