The service went great. They came right on time and did exactly what I expected. My wife primarily dealt with the technician. One technician came out for the service and did a nice job. I had no problem scheduling the deal and did it all online.

The gentleman who came to do the work showed up promptly, appeared to be knowledgeable and do the work thoroughly, and was courteous to my family. I would call them again. Orlando was great to deal with for scheduling and describing the service and what would be done. More responsive than many contractors I have dealt with! And that's a big deal when you're juggling 100 things in life.

This was a very positive experience. We purchased the service at a very good price and prepaid through Angies List. The technician who came out was very good and although we had older a/c ducts and vents, he was able to clean them thoroughly within a 2 hour period. The only complaint I have (and it is minor, in my opinion) is that after he left, I went into the guest bedroom and there was a large amount of dust and dirt expelled onto the bed, storage chest and floor. If he had noticed or I noticed before he left and asked him to tidy it up, I would have given him all As.

He showed up on time and performed the services very professionally and quickly. i was totally satisfied.

Orlando was very responsive and coordinated with my schedule. His team arrived early and finished the work promptly. They were direct in informing me that the deal that was purchased through Angie's List only covered one unit and cleaning for the additional unit would be extra. I was very happy that they let me know in advance instead of doing the work and charging me more than I was expecting. The team was professional and courteous.

Our association require the dryer vent be cleaned every two years so when I seen the deal of day on Angies list for air vent cleaning I picked Chute Master because of there A rating. The tech Jerzy came on time checked out what needed to be done and went right to work he did a fine job cleaned up after and even had to fix a couple of vent covers that came off ok but were not going back easy .We will use Chute Master in the future.

Very smooth experience. Communications with this company was very pleasant and the service person was very approachable. We had him clean the ac handler and all vents in the house, plus sanitizing. Nothing to complain, very satisfied. We used the Angie's list special and paid for extra vents.

It couldn't have gone better. Orlando squeezed me in after I explained that I would have to go to the laundrymat with my wet clothes because my dryer was not working at all. I was packing for vacation so clean clothes were a must. He had a technician working near my home the following day and sent him to me after the originally scheduled job. He was in my house for an hour. Now thinking of duct cleaning.

I received a call from the company within 18 hours of purchasing the service off of Angie's list. Orlando gave me a complete and very thorough explanation of what the service was and what they would be doing. He then scheduled an appointment according to my schedule. The technician came on the assigned day exactly on time. He explained what he was going to do and then went to work. He was very professional and answered any questions I had about cleaning the dryer vent. All in all, the experience with this company was very good. I will definitely call them again.

They were punctual, polite and clean. Airflow in the house appeared to improve after the service. The $249 service, however, only includes 15 vents. We have a three bedroom house and a finished basement and paid $369 total that included the extra vents.

From the first phone call all the way through the service, everything was great. I had never purchased a Deal on Angie's List before so I called and spoke with Orlando first - he was very professional and answered my questions. Afterwards, I went online and purchase the deal and scheduled for a cleaning a couple of weeks later. Jerzy (who is already well regarded in a number of past reviews) showed up on time and knew what he was doing. He was very thorough, informative and clean. I've had air ducts cleaned at our past home so I know what this entails and I know what is expected - or at least I thought I knew. Jerzy did an even better job than expected and aside from cleaning our ducts, he kept the house clean at the same time! Highly recommend!

I used the $249 Angie's list special for one of the units. Since I have an additional unit and more registers, they quoted me a price over the phone. Technician was punctual. He explained what he was going to do and even did extra. It took about 5 hours which I expected. I will use them again in the future.
