the gentleman that cleaned dryer vent was very professional and seemed to be doing a good job. But the very next time I used the dryer my outside vent was loaded with lint from the dryer. Not what I was expecting from a fully cleaned out dryer vents

The equipment malfunctioned during the initial appointment and had to reschedule which was disappointing . However, the technician and sales contact were very professional and handled the situation with courtesy and rescheduled at a convenient date for us. The technician spent several hours thoroughly cleaning the intake, supply lines and vents. I would recommend the homeowner be ready to scrub vent grilles/ registers before they are reinstalled. We recommend this service and appreciate the follow up to ensure our satisfaction.

"Gerry" was a friendly polite man, he was thorough and very serious about getting the job done correctly. He was fast and very efficient.

Orlando was very pleasant on the phone, but he could not schedule a service call for five weeks. I made an appointment for five weeks later, but eventually I cancelled the Deal because in the meantime we decided to completely renovate our laundry room and no longer needed to have the dryer vent cleaned.

My appointment was scheduled for 2:30 and at exactly 2:30 the technician arrived. His name was Jerzy. I got the $249 air duct cleaning for up to 15 vents plus the antimicrobial treatment. He did a thorough job of cleaning the vents and even repaired one of my vents that was loose. He cleaned up afterwards and you could not even tell he was here. I would definitely use them in the future and would highly recommend them.

I bought $199 big deal to have all air ducts cleaned. Jerzy came on time and was very thorough. He was courteous and profession. I had to reschedule the cleaning several times (due to my own reason) and had easy and pleasant communication with Orlando. Overall great experience, will use them again.

A gentleman named Jerzey, who was very professional and thorough, came to do the cleaning and sanitizing of my central air ducts during the summer. He went above and beyond, and even adjusted the ductwork that was a bit loose, causing air to escape from the ducts and getting lost in the attic space. My central AC was worked much better and my unit was much cooler immediately after the cleaning and sanitizing. I would recommend this service and the company as well. I will use them again when the time comes.

I ended up not using the deal. However, they were excellent and I kept needing to reschedule. They were responsive and helpful, but I ended up deciding to wait to have the work done.

The scheduler, Orlando, was very helpful in scheduling the service and explaining what would be included. The representative, Jerzy, cleaned 19 vents and the heating/air conditioning unit. He also applied antimicrobial spray. He worked neatly and carefully, leaving no mess. He took time to show us how to remove and install the filter, which was new to us, since we had moved to this home only recently. Jerzy should be commended for his courtesy, professionalism and expertise!

Vent cleaning went well. Will plan to use them again next time I need my vents clean.

I am cancelling because I found a deal that includes chimney sweep and dryer vents.

Excellent responsiveness and service. The guy that performed the service was very good, polite and clean. Performed the job within the time frame he told me he would need to finish the job. I asked for the dryer vent inspection and use of the antibacterial solution and that costed a little extra (as per the service contract) but was well worth it. Highly recommend the company.
