very good service. The guy who came over was very professional and despite us having a lot of vents to clean, he did it in a reasonable amount of time. Definitely will recommend them and will also use them again in the future.

They were really good, he was excellent. He was very friendly, very courteous, and he was very quick. I thought he really knew what he was doing. Without charge, he fixed something that a prior company messed up. The company glued all over our covers in the ceiling, and he unglued them. He didn't charge us.

It went very well--very nice man! He spent at least a half hour cleaning dryer vent to outside of house.

Technician was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. He checked the dryer vent, inside the house as well as the exit outside in the foundation. Cleaned the vents and hoses. Left the work area cleaned up better than when he started. There was a lot of lint in the hose so I am glad I had this done!

Orlando from the company called me to schedule. He was able to schedule within a day. Service person came on time and he was very professional and courteous. Did the work with in 20 - 30 minutes. He had to walk under the attic to do some more work. Everything went well.

Excellent customer service and professionalism I was especially impressed that he checked the air ducts in my house to see if they were in need of cleaning and said they looked clean so no service was needed.

We did an Angies List deal for the vents and the dryer cleaning. We have a lot of vents so we had to pay a little extra. Orlando was great and very timely with his replies. Scheduling was very easy. Jerzy came to do the work and was polite and very tidy as he went from vent to vent in the house. We have no idea the last time they were cleaned as we just bought the house. They were very dirty, glad we got them done. We would use this company in the future.

The gentleman who came was able to come earlier than expected but called first to see if I was ready and if it was OK. I was happy to get started and get done earlier than expected so I said OK. He was very polite and friendly. We walked through the job first and identified the vents to be cleaned - so that we were in agreement of the work to be done. He set up his equipment and began working from room to room. He was very neat doing his work and I didn't have to clean up after him. He even wore booties on his shoes so he wouldn't track dirt into the house. He pointed out an issue with the outside dryer vent and gave me suggestions how to fix the problem. He even showed me the cover I should get from a place like Home Depot to prevent birds from nesting in the warm air vent outside. Within a hour of the job being finished everyone in the house noticed that the temperature in the house went up a few degrees without touching the thermostat. Apparently the vents were quite dirty and needed a good cleaning. I would use Chute Master again and highly reccomend them.

It went well. My dad actually was here when they came out to do it. He said that he was very happy with them and that the technician was good. He said that he did a really good job. He was here for a while. He was pretty impressed with the work. I am very happy with it too. I can tell the difference in the house from having them cleaned, so I know that they did a good job. They were really good about fitting me in, because I bought the big deal the week before. I had my dad here that week, so they were really good about trying to squeeze me into their schedule.

1.Chute Master got back to me right away 2. They scheduled the appointment within a day 3. They were punctual, within an hour of appointment and called me to let me know it would be on the later side of the appointment 4. My technician was extremely professional - he went over all the potential costs and let me decide on what I wanted done with no pressure at all 5. This was a big job... I had 22 vents... he was careful moving furniture, etc. I've had very furry dogs and he got everything cleaned up and sanitary. 6. There were no surprises and I am totally happy with the job he did. It's clear he had an excellent work ethic and took pride in doing an excellent job

Chute Master scheduled my service in a very flexible manner and even came early when there was an opening. Jerzy, the actual service person, showed up promptly at the time that he said he would and got right to work. He was professional and very experienced with the cleaning and management of the heating system that we have. He worked through every vent in a methodical, efficient and thorough manner. I should point out that with each vent, he ensured the vent was clean, all debris were removed and that any spillage from the cleaning was vacuumed up off the floor or carpet. He took great care around all of our furniture and house, and was very polite and courteous. When cleaning the heating coils and the heating system, he was very thorough and took great care with prepping the vents, installing the cleaning sockets and cleaning the system. I should add that this is the first time in 14 years the vents were cleaned, so it was probably a more difficult job than usual. Regardless, it did not phase Jerzey, he got all the work done very efficiently. As for pricing, I felt that I got very good value for my money. While there were some extra charges, be aware that a first time cleaning of a system is going to require some prep work. Also, our house has very large number of vents, so the additional per charge cost per vents increased the overall cost. That said, when I compared it with other providers Sears, etc, after all the extra charges the cost was competitive. Let me finish by saying that the reason I chose Chute Master and would use them again is that they received a very high reviews from other customers. Everyone commented on their professional, polite and effective approach to cleaning the air ducts. From my experience, that was absolutely true. My concern was getting a professional outfit to do the cleaning and they exceeded my expectations.

The provider came on time, and even adjusted to my morning constraints. Slowly worked through the ducts and the main, and also helped me fix a duct that was damaged. They did more than they needed to and the provider took his time to make sure it was all clean. Fixed ducts that where not mounted correctly and responded to any request or question I had. It was worth it and now we are ready for the winter!

It was great. I had used them before for vent cleaning of the whole house (through Angie's list). Jerzy did a great job. He's very efficient and amicable.
