Our home was serviced by a technician named Jerzy. He was thorough, courteous, prompt and meticulous.

Orlando (owner) was extremely quick in reponse to the deal I purchased thru Angies list. They were at my house within 2 days (based on my schedule not theirs). He sent Jerzy who was lovely - he knew what he was doing and did it quickly and with a smile. They left the place in spotless condition and did a great job cleaning out the vent (which hadn't been done for years). I highly recommend them!

The service technician was polite, moved the dryer, cleaned both the vent and the inside of the dryer. I was impressed with the quality of work and he left no mess.

The duck was cleaned throughly and in a reasonable time frame.

It was our first time to have a vent cleaning done and naturally quite skeptic about who to hire due to the many bad stories about bait and switch contractors in the vent cleaning business as well as contractors damaging vents in the house. Chutemaster Environmental changed that for us. Jerzy the technician arrived as scheduled, was very systematic in identifying areas to work on first and was thorough in ensuring all the vents were cleaned. He used a vent cleaning brush that helped agitate and loosen the dust and debris inside. He used a "drum-looking' vent cleaner that was on wheels that he easily maneuvered from room to room. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his job. Overall, very happy with the service. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that I had to reschedule my appointment many times due to conflict as our remodeling project at home had taken longer than expected but Orlando was absolutely a joy to work with. He was very patient in searching for other options for us and in making sure that our schedule worked for us. He also sent out a reminder when it was time to reschedule as well as in following up before and after the actual appointment. I wish all other contractors have an "Orlando" for customers to deal with. Thank you Orlando. I highly recommend using ChuteMaster Environmental for your vent cleaning needs.

The technician arrived right on time and completed the work in about two and a half hours. I have been in my house for eight years and this is the first time I have had the air ducts cleaned. The technician recommended that it be done every three years. The cost for the basic service was $250, and I paid a little extra for the spray sanitizer in the vents (not sure if that was really worth it) and for the technician to cut a few access holes into my main heating unit for cleaning. The technician did a fine job, explained everything, and went about his work professionally. All in all a good experience.

It was a very pleasant experience from start to end. Scheduling was easy (and over email). The technician (Jerzy) was very thorough and professional. Was very careful in cleaning up during/after the cleaning. Was helpful in explaining certain aspects of my HVAC. Will definitely use again !

I just bought a condo that was about 5 years old and wanted to be sure that the dryer vent was cleaned. The rep was timely and explained everything that he was doing, as he was doing it. He was very courteous and professional.

They were on time, courteous, and very helpful with information on our system. The scheduling with Orlando was very pleasant and accommodating. The technician took his time to explain what he was going to do and was very careful with our just finished hardwood flooring. We noticed the difference in the air quality shortly after the service, we will have the cleaning done every two to three years to maintain top quality air in the house since some family members have allergies and this cleaning is very helpful and benefits anyone with respiratory issues. The pricing was fair for the quality work performed. I will use this company again for sure and will highly recommend to family and friends alike. Great job!!

Orlando had scheduled me for a February 7 appointment, but I explained I really wanted something sooner. He called me on Friday and said there was an opening on Saturday January 31, at 9:00 am. I was glad he could accommodate me. He said the tech would be there at 9:00 am and he was there at 8:45 a.m. Very professional and knew exactly what he was doing. He was polite and explained every thing he was doing. Cleaned up after himself which we have hard wood floors, we couldn't even tell he had been there. Noticed shortly after that our air was more fresh. I have allergies so its really helping me out. I would recommend them to any one because I shopped around and his price is excellent and the work quality is extremely good. A+ in my Book

Everything turned out fine. There were no scheduling conflicts. They completed the job in about three hours. They did a great job overall.

It went well. I was impressed with the detailed work done and also there was no debris left. Even the loose vents were nicely tightened.

The serviceman was skilled and came prepared with all necessary tools to complete the job. He was late however and called our home to obtain directions. Our vent appears to be clean several months after service and I will call on this provider again.

Service professional showed up 30 minutes late and complained about finding parking for the entire time he was there. He said I was "lucky" that he even showed up. He reeked of cigarette smoke, so much so that I wondered how he was supposed to be cleaning my air ducts when he was smelling up every room he was in. He was rude and only did an adequate job of cleaning. He missed 2 ducts and the equipment used was dirty. I would not recommend using them again, considering the work and attitude.

Fine, but need a return visit to correct problems with one chimney, do repairs on exterior of both chimneys costs over $1,000.00

They are very good. They gave me my receipt and called me to let me know the work was done. Advised of maintenance time frame. Tenant said job was good and they were on time and reliable. Trustworthy with my payment information.

We've used this service twice in the last three years. You can definitely tell the difference in the quality of the air and I highly recommend the service. We liked the technician from 2 years ago better than the last one, who seemed to be commenting about our home more than we would have liked - things we should change, contractors they know. Some might have found this helpful, but we didn't like it. Overall, I'd recommend this company and this service.
