Based on my husband's feedback, it appears everything went well and there were no complaints.

I found them on Angie's List. They were very professional and punctual...will definitely used them again.

The phone contact, Orlando, is very cordial and responsive. The technician apparently did a good job. I would have preferred he be a little more cordial.

He was polite, efficient and cleaned up after himself. Good service.

They cleaned my ducts quickly and with out incident but I must admit the equipment was VERY old and I would question how effective it is. I know other services go in with a camera to show you the before and after. It would have been good to see if the cleaning was actually effective.

At first they thought they would have an issue by Jerzy figured how to move things to complete the job. After he was done he showed me how much he got out and he was amazed that it was only a year since the last cleaning. They used a different method than the previous company and did a much better job. I will definitely use them again next year!

Were able to fit us in before the original scheduled time. Did a great job and left everything clean and back in its place. Would definitely use them again.

Cleaned dryer vent. Sent line all the way to roof using drill and cleaned it out. Also, went into attic and found the exit on the roof and cleaned out. Cleaned up after job. Dryer is working great now. I did see a deal for $59 later as well but I was not expecting he would go to the attic to find the vent exit and clean it out, so overall I am pleased with service provided.

Arrive on time, vacuum vent and pipe attached to dryer. Suggest future maintainess.

On the day of the service, Orlando called to inform me that they were running ahead of schedule. Asked if they can reschedule the service to an earlier time convenient for me. I said I was available and Orlando confirmed the schedule change to 12 noon. Jerzy drove up my driveway promptly at 12 noon. He introduced himself as a Chutemasters technician. Asked to see where all the vents and the HVAC. He explained the service and he went about doing the job. He asked politely if I wanted a fragrance spray, I simply declined and he did not try to "upsell". All-in-all, it was a job well done.

The service was fine. It was over a year ago. I was really fine with the service; it all worked out just fine. I don't really remember at this point. They were efficient, came and left. Everything worked out.

They were prompt and did the work and cleaned up after. no complain.

Work was completed as requested with only a minor upcharge because we wanted a few extra services completed. The provider was on time and completed the project in about 3 or so hours.

I highly recommend ChuteMaster for vent cleaning services. The work done at my home was performed by Jerzey and he was fantastic. He was punctual and very courteous. I had just sanded and polished the hardwood floors in the home the week a few days before his visit and he took extra care when moving his equipment so as not to leave any marks which was much appreciated. He worked quickly and efficiently and did not leave one trace of dust in the home. It was a great experience all around.

Technician arrived promptly, and quickly cleaned out our vents. He pointed out the trouble points in our system, and easy ways to keep it clear before ordering another full cleaning. Very satisfied

I have used Chutemaster twice before. I'm always pleased with the results. This was my second time for air duct cleaning. Jerzy is very efficient and courteous. He does his job thoroughly and he enjoys his work. He explains what he's doing and doesn't mind questions. He doesn't waste time and gets right to work.

They were professions, on time and thorough. When we had a hiccup with the original time, I was more than compensated for the inconvenience.

It worked out okay. The company sent 1 tech and he was at the home for about 2 hours.
