I purchased this special deal for friends who had just moved. They seemed to be quite happy with the service.

Jerzy showed up right on time. My dryer hadn't been cleaned out in 10 years so he had quite a job to do. He was polite and professional and explained everything as he went along. He wasnt pushy and he didn't try to sell me anything else. I would definitely use them again.

Service was amazing! Orlando was quick to respond after I purchased the Angie's Deal. He even made special arrangements to work around my schedule. The technician arrived on time for the appointment. He was very professional, explained the procedure. Dressed very neat. The process was very neat & clean. There wasn't any dust flying around or left on the floor. Everything was contained in a big drum. The technician was very respectful of our home and maneuvering around the house taking care not to bump the big vacuum drum into anything. You wouldn't even know work was done, that's how unintrusive it was. I would definitely recommend Chutemaster and would welcome them back in my home. Thank you Orlando!

This was my first time using Angie's list and it was a very good experience. Orlando emailed me and needed my contact #. Emailed him back and he shortly called me with an appt. the next day! Very professional on the phone. Jerzy arrived on time and had called 1/2 hr prior upon arrival. He was done in about 30 minutes and showed me how much better the dryer works now. Had a lot of lint build up and blockage.

He made GREAT progress. The dryer is working more efficiently now and the room isn't getting as hot (the dryer air was leaking into the room through the old hose)

Provider arrived in a timely way. Due to last minute issues, I wasn't able to be available in person so I left a note and a message at the office. He did his work without needing to consult with me. Orlando in the office was quite responsive and got back to me quickly when I needed. Jerzy did the work quickly. The only thing I recommend they do differently is to include the taxes in the initial price and not add them on afterwards.

Orlando was very helpful and arranged for the technician to come on a Monday which is usually his day off because it was the only day I could do this week. Very good service. Jerzy arrived promptly and did a very thorough and professional job. He said both the dryer and the vents were a mess but he made sure they were cleaned well. Very clean process can not even tell they were here. I would definitely use the them again. Jerzy said the dryer should be done about once per year because my vent pipe is very long.

i bought a deal from angie's list to have the air ducts cleaned. i was contacted via email very quickly to setup a time and what to expect. everything went very smoothly for setting up an appointment. the worker was prompt, efficient and clean and the ducts were spotless. we could instantly tell what a different cleaning the ducts did for our air flow (we moved into a new house and have no idea when the ducts were last cleaned). i would recommend this company to anyone looking for air duct cleaning. i called a few other companies from angie's list that had great reviews for quotes and the cheapest i got was $400. i believe i made the right choice in choosing this company.

Was amicable to working with my renter to actually schedule the appointment. Provided all receipts so that I could send them to the HOA for verification. Great experience, friendly, communicative! Want to use them again for my own home!

It went well. I watched every minute of the procedure and it was completed in a professional manner with care to the appliances and my property in the basement. The tech arrived about 10 or 15 minutes early, but that was okay. I plan to use them again in the future.

"Jerzy" was the Chute Master representative who provided the service. He arrived right on time and was a professional, nice man. I felt very comfortable having him here in my house. I showed Jerzy where all the vents were and he spied a few that I'd missed; he knew places to look that I didn't (e.g. ceiling vents in my kitchen). He explained what he was doing and how the process worked. I offered to help him by unscrewing the vent covers for him and he assured me would do everything himself. He also did everything so cleanly! I'd never had my vents cleaned and he showed me how much muck was on two of my vents...I almost couldn't believe it and I don't know how he cleaned all the vents without getting anything on my off-white carpets. Additionally, since my system had never been cleaned before, Jerzy had to open a hole in each of the 2 access panels to get inside the vents in the basement, adjacent to the furnace. I was nervous at first because I really knew nothing about the whole process but Jerzy explained what he was doing and I felt comfortable when I noted how careful he was and how thoroughly he sealed the holes...allowing for future access (at my next cleaning). In total, I'd estimate that the process took 1 1/2 to 2 hours (it was months ago however so it's a rough estimate). I bought the Angie's List deal which covered 15 vents (I think that was it) for $249. I paid another $240 for another 15 or so vents and the two access panels. Total cost was $489. I don't know much about cost comparisons for this service and I must admit that $489 seemed/s a lot for for this service but as I'd never had it done in all the years I lived here (I'm too embarrassed to say how many years that is) it was ultimately well worth the cost and I learned that it's important to get those vents cleaned more often! I would surely use this service again, especially if Jerzy's the man to do it!

very effective in clearing vent

I had this done by my condo association but it seem as though they did not do a good job. But when Chute Masters came they did a excellent job, even though it took much more time than they expected, he would not leave until he was satisfied with the work. and I call that professionalism, thank you so much.

What can I say? We had a 9am appointment on a SATURDAY, walked out my door around 8am to get coffee, and there he was- Jerzy, ready to get to work! I asked him if he wanted to start early. He said yes, and from there, everything went very smoothly. Couldn't ask for more. Much thanks to the manager, Orlando, and Jerzy for their professionalism, quick response, and quality service.

I responded to a special $89 dryer vent cleaning. The company was very responsive to all of my calls as I had to reschedule my first appointment. The employee was on time and professional. It's hard to grade this type of work because I can't see inside the vent. I would use them again.

I liked him. The guy's name was Jersey. It went very well. He said I should have him come back every year, because he said I have a lot of build-up. My dryer works a lot better and I was very happy. He came on Valentine's Day, so now I have a Valentine's date with him every year! I thought he was excellent. I appoint them to come back next year. I made the appointment, they came on time and I was very happy. They were able to come in a very short period of time. They were flexible with the schedule, because I work and it's not always easy for me to get somebody to come in. Overall I was very impressed. I think the price was excellent. First of all, my dryer works so much better after this was done. And second of all, I really should have this done sooner, because my dryer is in the middle of my house, so it really goes through a lot of channels before it goes outside. So there are a lot of areas where the wings could collapse and I would have paid twice the price. I was just very happy to have done and to have it done professionally. I think he took the extra time, because he knew that the dryer was in a bad location.

Orlando was excellent to work with. I ordered this service through Angies list with the expectation that would be done the same week. Even though they were booked solid for 3 weeks Orlando went out of his way to call me everytime they had a cancellation. They found time and completed the job in 3 days of placing the order.

It went okay- there was nothing extraordinary and nothing bad. The gentleman did a very thorough job. It was very good. The pricing was just the deal and the deal was very good. However, outside of the deal, we haven't used them. The gentleman came in and he cleaned up after himself -it would be everything that I would expect him to do and he did it to the expectations. we spoke once or twice to schedule and they showed up on time. He came on time, did his thing and left. I am not sure if we would use them again because, we figured out how to do it ourselves -if the need came, we would probably use them again. If you need dryer vent cleaning, I would recommend them.
