Overall service and experience was good. :-)

I purchased a package deal on Angie's list for an air duct system clean. Within a couple of hours, I received a detailed quote from Orlando the owner/manager explaining what the deal provided and what additional services were available. I was also able to pick time slots to schedule the appointment online. Orlando then followed up with a phone call to confirm the appointment time, explain any of the services, and answer any questions that I may have had. Jerzy, the technician arrived promptly as scheduled. We did an initial walk through the house to count the number of vents and to get an estimate of any additional services that would be needed (whether I would want the antimicrobial treatment, etc.) He was mindful of my hardwood floors, as well as my pets. The job was complete within the scheduled time, approximately 2.5 hours. The musty smell that had persisted within the master bathroom now appears to be gone. Jerzy also said that I would not need a refresh for approximately 3 years, perhaps sooner for the dryer alone depending on use. I was able to pay for the additional services by credit card. It was painless and would use them again.

Cleaned vents but the offer was for a specific number of vents (always read the fine print). The "deal" cost twice as much as expected

First off the company was very responsive, quickly set up a date and time. They arrived when they said they would and called about 15min ahead to confirm. This particular dryer has about a 40' run, with most of it in a very tight crawl space, which is why they charged extra, which we discussed ahead of time. They didn't complain and just kept working until the whole project was complete. Overall they did a great job, so I plan to call them back for bi-annual maintenance.

Went well except for our dog! If your dog is even a little bit protective or territorial, place him in a room with the door shut. My dog is generally "ok" after a few moments with strangers but he was awful. Better to be safe than sorry! "Jerzy" was on time and very professional and nice! As my "deal" did not cover the entire house, I will certainly use them again in the near future when our Landlord approves the very reasonable (and valuable) expense!

The service was performed promptly, professionally, and as advertised. The technician (Jerzy) who came on site did a very thorough job and made sure to trace the dryer vent duct from beginning to end as it was not clearly routed. I will highly recommend their services and will be using them for our annual cleaning going forward.

Orlando is very responsive. I have used him the last 2 years for my annual dryer vent cleaning which is required by my home owners association. They have always been responsible, thorough and clean up after they are finished. This year, I have renters in my place and he worked with my renters to find a time which was convenient for them to do the work as well as worked with me to ensure I had the costs taken care of and a receipt to show proof of work completed. Overall very satisfied.

Went well. Cleaned vent and then checked outside vent area. Found it was not connected properly. Jerzy was able to do a temporary fix for me. I need to hire someone to cut a hole in my ceiling in order to connect the vent properly to vent outside. Thank you Jerzy for your assistance.

Gerry came on time and first described in detail what he is going to do and how. This was the first time that I was doing this and he explained it really well in layman's term. It almost took 3.5 ours an I was all along with the guy. He was very thorough and extremely good at what he does. I truly appreciate the excellent work they these guys did for me. Definitely I will recommend these people to all my friend's and families.
