The cleaner was very professional. He came into the apartment, went to work, cleaned up after himself, took my check, and left. He was on task the whole time.

Came on time as scheduled, professional staff, had a moldy smell coming out of our ducts - they came by and problem solved in a couple of hours. Appreciate the transparency and the responsiveness of Orlando as well. We will be using them again if we ever need our ducts cleaned.

The technician was right on time. He was extremely friendly and very neat, cleaned up each room after each vent cleaning. I appreciate that he took his time and didn’t rush the job. I certainly will be hire Chute Master again. Highly recommend and the price was reasonable.

Technician called in advance and arrived promptly. Cleaned the outside vent, inside vent cover, and the dryer vent connection. Making sure everything is fine. Very thorough job. Will definitely hire again.

Absolutely excellent, from the first exchange- there was no phony "first we'll need to inspect the vents, and that will cost $150, and THEN we'll give you a quote on what the job will cost (which was what another company on here said in the phone to me- the initial fee may be slightly higher or lower, I didn't write it down. It just seemed fishy). Orlando was wonderful and old-school, I tried to give him a deposit (the fee was incredibly reasonable- even with the 3 dryer vents being on 3 different floors, and the technician also went on the roof to make sure he'd gotten it all)-- and he said something to the effect of "that's ok, pay me when it's done"--i actually tried to force him to take a deposit, saying "come on- let me put money down, I want to show that I appreciate your time, and getting me on the schedule so quickly", he laughed and said "we're good- my technician will be out Saturday at 8:30 am". The technician, a lovely gentleman, showed up exactly at 8:30 am, and did it all, thoroughly and expertly-and was at all times appropriately masked (which matters alot these days, and had made me question whether I should have work done in my house during the pandemic). I will ABSOLUTELY use them again, and recommend them highly. When the first company gave me the "you have to pay us just to come out to tell you how much you'll have to pay us, for the job." Don't fall for that- call these guys first- they're folks who really have old-school values, and respect in their work. They were great.

I have been using ChuteMaster for several years now and they are great (HOA requires dryer vent cleaning every 2 years). It is easy to schedule an appointment and they show up on time and do a very neat and thorough job.

Great relief to have the dryer vent cleaned out. I especially appreciated Orlando cheerfully re-scheduling when -- surprise! -- yellow jackets emerged from the opening around the outdoor dryer vent hood. After our exterminator took care of the bugs, the Chutemaster tech came back at our convenience to do the clean out. Good people.

I had 15 air ducts cleaned throughout my house. The technician was very thorough, clean, and courteous. He cleaned the ducts, the vents, and the area underneath the vent afterwards. I would definitely hire them again to clean my ducts.

The duct cleaner, Jerzey, was a very nice associate. He explained everything he was going to do and worked methodically through each room. He even cleaned the vent covers for the bathroom fans as a courtesy. It took him 3 hours to do it all and he worked hard through it all. Great work!
