The technician came and immediately said that my vents were very old and they didn't have the proper equipment to clean the ducts since the vents would have to be removed in a way that would damage the ceiling. Although disappointed, I appreciated the upfront nature of the technician and that he didn't just start doing the work without letting me know the consequences. I would use them in the future.

First and foremost, not only were they very reasonably priced but Jerzy, who was the tech on the job, was amazing. The engagement started with a look up and coupon on Angie's list. Orlando was able to accommodate out dates, post construction, so, if you can imagine the place was a total mess. With a smile and great customer service Jerzy was able to quickly and quietly clean the three floors of vents while I managed my business from my home office. Overall, very pleasantly surprised!

perfectly. I called Chute Master and spoke to Orlando. He was very friendly and helpful. The technician , Jerzy, came on time and was very professional and helpful. He cleaned out the dryer, vent and hose. The hose to the dryer fell off the day before and Jerzy explained what the problem was and now it is on tightly. He left the area very clean. I would recommend this company and will call them again when needed.

This was a very good deal for the price and quality. Scheduling was painless and easy to do. On the day of the service, they were punctual showing up on time and efficiently working throughout the house and the apartment. The work was excellent. Jerzy (the technician) was quick, and he and the 'machine'/tool were as quiet as possible. He cleaned up after himself leaving not a spec of dust!. The tool (machine, hose with powered brush) keeps the environment of your house free of extra dirt or dust. We had thought we noticed an issue after he left. We called them right away. They were very responsive and came right back. It was pointed out to us that the issue was actually a problem of ours from accumulated grease and scratches on my grate (which was very old). Almost like a 'gluing' I quickly went to the store and purchased a new one. As a handicapped home owner, this company and their very professional associates, went the extra yard and actually came back and hung the new grate up for me. This was the second time we have used them. And as a disabled veteran, I can trust them completely without having to check on them. I would not be afraid to use them all the time for this service and wouldn't even think of going to look for another provider. Professionalism is an A+ from me - from communication, scheduling, performing the service ordered, and for going above and beyond!

Chutemaster Air Duct Cleaning. 5 Stars!!! I had my air ducts cleaned, this company was neat, professional and through. Everyone from scheduling my appointment thru completion was awesome, polite and easy to work with. I will certainly call them again!

The tech, Jerzy (I think that was his name), arrived promptly, set up his equipment on a tarp to protect my hardwood floors, and cleaned out my air ducts. He vacuumed/cleaned the duct and intake covers and made sure to clean up the specks of plaster and dust that came out of the ducts onto the floor. He also surface cleaned the bathroom exhausts at my request. He was thorough and efficient; he was done in less than 2 hours.

I bought the dryer vent cleaning deal late one night. Orlando sent me a message first thing in the morning to get my contact info. Soon he left me a voicemail and an email. I was busy at work, so we communicated via email. He was responsive, and said he had an opening a couple of days later and gave me a time window. I asked about the air duct inspection, and he explained it was to count the vents and give a quote for air duct cleaning. Jerzy came in the early part of the window. He came inside and vacuumed the vent from the inside. Then he set the vacuum to blow and crawled under my deck outside to clean out the vent exhaust using a long snake. After the lint was blown out, he went back and cleaned up inside. He recommended cleaning my dryer vent more often because I have a long tube. He gave me a quote for the air duct cleaning, which included an antibacterial treatment and in my case adding an access panel to the return ductwork. He did the work well, and was friendly and professional.

The dryer vent cleaning went extremely well and much faster than I anticipated. Very professional and answered all my questions.

I would never again use Chute Master. They cleaned my dryer vent 2 years ago and I naively thought all was well. My condo association requires dry vent cleaning every 2 years and I found out today that Chute Master broke/dislodged the connection of my venting ducts and for 2 years now my dryer lint has been accumulating in my ceiling because the ducts are disconnected. I now have to pay over $400 to have another vendor cut a hole in my ceiling to fix it and then pay a TBD amount to a handyman to patch my ceiling. Completely ridiculous amount of money and hassle to fix shoddy workmanship.

Orlando was very prompt following up & scheduling the appointment at our convenience. His technician showed up, as scheduled, and did an excellent job. He was very thorough and neat, cleaning up at the completion of the job. it's great when I find a reliable service company that does what they promise. I highly recommend this company. Price is fair, their work and their people are very professional.
